We had a great time at Cloud 9. The host checked in via email to make sure everything was going smoothly. The view was stunning and the property was well-kept. I would definitely come back. Next time, I’ll strive to get a different layout- just because my husband and I don’t do well with a lot of stairs. I didn’t realize the bottom level was not part of the cabin and we had to climb two flights of stairs- one to the rental entrance and another flight to the master bedroom. That’s where the larger bed was. Still, it was a cozy stay and very pleasant. The balcony and the hot tub were awesome!

We didn’t realize the housekeeper stayed below us, and her dog barked a lot. But enjoyed the cabin and the area. We do wish there was more light around the hot tub.

Had a great stay! The place was clean and very nice. Did have an issue with the hot tub but the host got someone out asap and they got it fixed! Very responsive and helpful! Will definitely be back in the future!

Great stay!

The property was high on the mountain top and the views were overlooking a body of water. Super pretty! The cabin itself was perfect, it was up some stairs but that gave it a sense of privacy. There seems to be a family living downstairs full time so I tried to make sure my 3 year old wasn't full on party mode. The hosts provided everything necessary: paper towels, dish soap, sponge, shampoo/conditioner, towels and bedding. There were ac/heat units on the walls much like a hotel has. I was worried by the layout of the pictures of the couch being along the banister that my son would climb but the layout of the furniture since changed and I didn't need to worry about that. A mile down the road is a little beach area and about 20 minutes away is a town with restaurants and stores. Chattanooga was not a bad drive but there is a date time line between the condo and Chattanooga I did not plan for. Central/Eastern. So if you make ruby falls ticket plans, etc just be considerate of that. Overall the condo was beautiful and very rustic. Bed was comfy and pool was pretty neat! Host was incredibly responsive as well

Great place with so many options for things to do

Cute place with personal hot tub, great pool that was a lot of fun, friendly farm animals, basketball court, volleyball court, big picnic area, and trail to the tri-state corner. We had good, quick communication with the property manager (there was a dog below us that barked fairly consistently the whole time it was left alone but the property manager did try to remedy the situation quickly and it worked for a little while so we could go to sleep the first night). Would definitely stay at one of their properties again, very impressed !

Piece of metal over hvac bangs when windy, dishes not very clean, property needs maintenance

Your listing states there’s a washer/drier. There is none here. Or at least in the 6 pages of potential penalties you never mention where it is. It says you have a garage. Instead, there’s a tenant living there under us. We were not notified someone was living there until we got here. It was confusing when the parking spaces are full and wonder if someone was already here or not. They have a dog down there that barks too. Vrbo usually has restrictions of people sharing dwelling. I’m not sure why we weren’t notified before we got here. I wouldn’t have stay here because of it if I’d known. I’m offended by all your potential penalties when your vrbo ad is misleading and things are dirty when we get here. Seems like you aren’t on the hook for honesty.The bathroom faucet drips constantly. The blind is missing from the front door and turn crank broken on the kitchen when we got here.The couch next to the door was dirty so we didn’t use it. The dishes appeared dirty since you make residents hand wash it. We used a literal 2 forks and two cups bc of it. The exterior trash can was full with another bag of trash on it. We added our tiny trash bag on top of it. Get a bigger exterior trash can. A piece of metal over the upstairs hvac banged into the hvac all night long when it was windy.We could barely sleep.Last night there was a storm, water dripped in heavily all night long. We used a bath towel to catch the drips. It now is in the shower dripping what appears to be mud somehow.

Beautiful and fun!

We had an amazing time at Cloud 9. The cabin was cozy and inviting. The kids had a blast at the pool - us adults did too! We plan on coming back in the summer to explore the property and get some summer fun in.

we love the cabin , only thing is that we didn’t like is that rooms are open not private , and that there’s no soap,shampoo in the bathroom , but aside if that everything is awesome , we will be coming back

Sweet Getaway

Cabin was clean and comfortable. A little attention to detail might be helpful but overall a great place to stay. Views are amazing! Staff was friendly and courteous! We are already planning our next stay and bringing our extending family. Love it here!

Really enjoyed our stay. Had a few issues bu were worked out. They are renovating the swimming area so it wasn't like we had remembered but was told that it was going to be so much better when completed. Overall a great place to go.

Wonderful Stay

We so enjoyed our four night stay. We had a wonderful time. The cabin is so nice! Both spacious and cozy at the same time. We used the hot tub daily, the fire pit twice, and the grill once. Everything was awesome! We’re ready to plan another stay!

We had a truly amazing time. The property was clean and as described. The hosts were wonderful with responding to our questions in advance. Perfect Weekend Getaway

The cabin was all that we hoped it would be. Plenty of space to enjoy, with great views. The hot tub was great and our 6 year old LOVED the pool. Being about 30-40 minutes from downtown Chattanooga, it was nice to be able to go in and spend the day, then get away to the quiet mountainside when we were finished. We will definitely be back!

Great Getaway

Cloud nine was a very nice cabin! The views were spectacular and the place was very clean and neat. The only negative was the very steep driveway to get up to the property. Left me aging a couple years every time.
