This custom built 2 story, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home right on the bluff of Lookout Mountain, GA offers majestic views, peaceful and calming scenery and the chance to feel like you are right at home. Our goal is to provide what we would want in a vacation home for your family, and more. It is exceptionally clean and fully stocked. Throughout your stay we want to take your breath away.
Relax and unwind on the balcony with a cup of coffee, on the patio with a glass of wine with dinner, or by the firepit at night as you watch the sunset. This is a perfect location for a romantic getaway or as a base for outdoor adventures and sight seeing with the family.
Parties are strictly forbidden, and no guests over the number included in the reservation are allowed.
This home is nearby many attractions, including Cloudland Canyon State Park, Ruby Falls, Rock City, the Incline Railway, and the largest hang gliding park.
Chattanooga is also only 13 miles away in which you'll be able to visit the Chattanooga Aquarium, the Chattanooga Choo Choo, The Discovery Museum, a variety of excellent fine dining options, and much, much more!

Fantastic views, even with overcast weather. The master bedroom mattress was SO comfortable. We spent most of our time in the gorgeous, fully-stocked kitchen or enjoying the amazing views from EVERY window. We had local family (sister, BIL, and 2 teenagers) over for dinner and game night and the set up was perfect. Thank you for making a trip to see family so memorable.

4 stairs to Fabulous! We needed a home for a belated Christmas celebration with the in-laws. They are in their 80s, so access was essential. 4 stairs up were easy to navigate with their canes and they were in for our Saturday party! Plenty of seating for all - huge dining table. The kitchen is amazing and very large. Plenty of countertop space. They have coffee pot and Kcup maker so bring your preference. Half bath has a wall handle which made that the best spot for the older couple. As for the house, the deck is amazing. Wonderful views. There is a side deck and grill and chairs in all areas. The primary suite is HUGE and the bathroom and closet is spacious. Two sinks. Large tub. Shower. All very clean. Tile floor. Nice clean towels and the bed was comfortable. Upstairs is a queen with bathroom. Very clean. Bring binoculars for the view. We took great family photos and had a wonderful visit. There is a fire pit and another seating area but there are many stairs to that area of the home, FYI. It was certainly have been used if our guests was more able to navigate stairs. Would be easy for those more outdoor able. Communication from hosts was prompt and great. 10/10 for this property - a hard to find gem in Chatty at this level of clean, view, and access. We will stay again. If you go, it’s close to Rock City and Cloudland Park was wonderful. There is a gas station down the street with bagged ice. Main Street Meats is our fav Chatty meal! Have fun!

It was a beautiful property . The views from the living room and deck are so pretty that it looks like a picture. It was so nice to stay at a perfectly cleaned property. It was the cleanest property we have ever stayed in.

Family Getaway

The scenery made every day a beautiful day! The property had spectacular views and is extremely well-kept. The host was very prompt with replying to messages and for the nightly price, you won’t get a better place! All major attractions within a short 15-25 min distance. Memories cherished in Chattanooga.

Beautiful views

We enjoyed the views from inside the house and the back porch. The house was spotless and beds were comfortable. It is a little commute into Chattanooga but worth it when you come back “home” and see the view. Rock City was close. And we discovered a wood fire pizza place nearby- The Lookout Mountain Pizza Company. Note- it’s only open Thursday-Sunday. -Maggie

Amazing Views & Location

Very comfortable house right on the ridge overlooking the valley. It's just a short drive to Cloudland Canyon State Park.The views are breathtaking and the house is well supplied and outfitted. The owners are very communicative.We have stayed twice now and will continue to book it when we can.

Perfect Stay On Top of Lookout Mountain

This was a super clean 2 bedroom 2.5 bath property on Lookout Mountain halfway between Covenant College and the Hang-Gliding Flight Park (Launch). The views from inside and out were beyond beautiful. With a view to the west, we took in an amazing sunset! The host were quick to respond, helpful and accommodating. Massive master bedroom and ensuite bath on main level and 2nd bedroom with full bath upstairs. Big windows, big mirrors, Pot coffee or Keurig, comfortable furniture and a Host Book with everything you could need. I highly recommend if the size fits your group.

Misled

Wanted a place near Chattanooga with a view and a fireplace. Entered these search criteria and selected this home because it had 2 fireplaces. When we got there the owners had professionally made signs on the fireplaces saying not to use them. Their listing stated they had them and how to start them. Their welcome packet stated the same. When we got there not only were they broke but they took the time to have a sign made to say they were broke. It would have taken less effort to fix them. They claimed it's OK that they advertised fireplaces as an amenity because in the notes on one page it says they don't work. They don't seem to understand that if you're claiming something is an amenity that it needs to actually be an amenity(working). It's as if you claimed your home had a hot tub and heat and a refrigerator when they didn't work but that's OK because they listed it in the notes on one of the pages at the bottom. That's not the purpose of having "notes". Otherwise the home was nice as others have stated. To their credit they did allow us to move our dates one day. We were in lockdown in Pensacola after a generational snow storm.

The home was very beautiful with an amazing view. Everything was clean and easily accessible. Check in was convenient, and the owners were very friendly. I would definitely recommend and hope one day I can go back, we had a great time visiting!
