The beautifully decorated holiday home is located a short distance from the beaches in the front section of the green North Sea Park.

The stylishly furnished holiday home is located a short distance from the beaches and dunes of the island Goeree Overflakkee.

You enter the hall where you will find a separate toilet, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a large sink. The cozily decorated living room has an open kitchen, fully equipped, offering plenty of options for preparing meals for the whole family. In the living room, there is a spacious seating area and a dining table for 6 persons. The house has underfloor heating downstairs.

At some point, everyone needs their night's rest! You can find this in one of the three bedrooms on the upper floor. The large (parent) bedroom has a double box spring bed of 160 x 200 cm and a wardrobe across the entire width. An additional child's bed can easily be placed here. In the other two rooms, all guests sleep in single beds, in the sizes of 2 x 80 x 200 cm and 2 x 90 x 200 cm. The second toilet with a small sink is highly appreciated by everyone.

In the garden, there is a small seating area in the southeast. The enclosure by a green hedge provides plenty of privacy and tranquility. In the covered veranda with a lounge set, you can seek shade or enjoy delicious BBQ treats. There is also a large garden table with a parasol and, of course, 2 loungers.

In the storage room, a washing machine and dryer are at your disposal. You can park 2 cars in front of the house -EV Charging station at the house

The park offers ample opportunities for sports and games. There are 2 tennis courts, which you can use for free. For the children, there is a playground, a basketball hoop, and a soccer field.



- Rental to companies/workmen at Noordzeepark is not permitted – in case of misuse, access will be denied without refund.

- If your travel party is not family, all fellow travelers must be at least 25 years old. Youth groups are not allowed in this accommodation.

- The house can only be rented/booked for tourist and/or recreational purposes.
