A cozy and nicely decorated holiday home near to the beach, in the home all necessary comforts are present.

The house is detached in a quiet dead-end street and is only connected to the neighboring house by the respective storage rooms. The fully fenced garden offers plenty of privacy and security for small children.

Upon entering, there is a storage room on the left with a washing machine. Also in the hallway there is a modern bathroom with a bathtub, floor-level shower, toilet and sink. The bright living-dining room area with its corner sofa invites you to relax. At the dining table is enough space for 5 people. In the adjacent fully equipped open kitchen you will find all the kitchen gadgets to prepare a delicious meal yourself.

From 2 sides you can enter the fully fenced garden seating area. Whether under the large sunblind in the shade with a cool drink or around the corner in the sun in a deck chair, here you always have the opportunity to enjoy your well-deserved vacation! By the way: you can mix your own drink in the covered bar in the garden!

The box-spring beds in the 3 sleeping chambers on the upper floor provide for restful nights. In one room, with a double bed 180 x 200 cm, there is also a small TV installed. In the second one, there are two single beds 90 x 200 cm each, as well as in the third one a single bed 90 x 200 cm. Also very convenient is the separate second toilet.

The entire house is equipped with shutters so that the bedrooms can be darkened. A crib can be rented additionally.

In front of the house is 1 parking space at your disposal.

- Rental to companies/workmen at Noordzeepark is not permitted – in case of misuse, access will be denied without refund.

- If your travel party is not family, all fellow travelers must be at least 25 years old. Youth groups are not allowed in this accommodation.

- The house can only be rented/booked for tourist and/or recreational purposes.
