The open-plan living and dining area is bathed in natural light thanks to a panoramic window, and is furnished with a dining table for shared meals. From this space, direct access leads to the patio and the swimming pool, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor living. The open kitchen is fully equipped and integrated into the living space, offering an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and Capsules for coffee machine (Krups).

The first bedroom is a large double room featuring 1 French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from a private en-suite shower room with WC. The second bedroom also features 1 French bed of the same dimensions, 150 cm by 190 cm. The third bedroom offers a flexible sleeping arrangement, combining 1 set of bunk beds measuring 80 cm by 190 cm with 1 additional French bed measuring 150 cm by 190 cm, making it particularly suitable for younger guests.
