Villa Evgenia II – A Peaceful Retreat Near the Sea

Villa Evgenia II is a stylish and comfortable 60m² home set within a large, fully enclosed garden in the heart of nature. Surrounded by centuries-old olive groves, this tranquil setting is perfect for nature lovers and those looking to unwind in peace and privacy—just 700 meters from the sea.

The villa offers a private driveway with parking right next to the house, as well as an additional parking area just a few meters away. The spacious garden features a furnished raised terrace with a dining table and chairs, sun loungers, umbrellas, and a barbecue—ideal for al fresco meals or lazy afternoons in the sun.

Inside, the accommodation includes:
• One bedroom with a double bed
• One bedroom with two single beds
• A living room with a sofa bed
• Open-plan mini-kitchen with a breakfast bar
• Bathroom with a shower cabin and WC

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge (with ice box), microwave/grill, 2-ring electric stove, coffee maker, and toaster. For your comfort, both bedrooms are air-conditioned, and you’ll also find a TV and hi-fi system in the living area.

We’ve fallen in love with this part of the Kassandra peninsula because of its natural beauty and peaceful atmosphere. It’s less commercialized than other areas, often referred to as a “soft tourist zone”—you won’t be disturbed by loud music or heavy traffic.

The nearby village of Nea Skioni faces south and offers breathtaking sunsets with Mount Olympus silhouetted in the distance. Here you’ll find everything you need for a perfect holiday: beautiful beaches, traditional tavernas, restaurants, bars, shops, and incredibly friendly locals. The area is very safe, and because it’s also a popular destination for Greeks, the prices remain very reasonable—around €40 for a full dinner for two, including drinks!

The property is set in a peaceful olive grove, where you may be greeted by a local shepherd and his flock passing by. It’s the kind of place where time slows down. After just a few days, we believe you’ll understand why we chose this spot as our holiday home—and we’re sure you’ll fall in love with it just as we have.

Eigentlich feines Anwesen, das aber nicht mehr dem Standard entspricht, und renovierungs- und investitionspflichtig ist. Die Lage ist äußerst ruhig, sehr schönes Grundstück, wunderbare Terrasse zum draußen sitzen. Eigentlich sind Solarlampen im Garten verteilt, um das Grundstück auch in der Nacht zu illuminieren. Mutmaßlich aufgrund alter Akkus funktionieren sie aber nicht. Der vorhandene Pool ist für kleinere Kinder gut geeignet. Die Warmwasserversorgung soll über einen Boiler erfolgen, den man per Sicherung zuschalten muss. Bei uns war das ein Desaster, da die Sicherung regelmäßig raussprang. Heutzutage gibt es hierfür bessere Systeme. Die Kochgelegenheit ist trotz gut ausgestatteter Küche nur wirklich rudimentär, da die zwei Kochplatten auch schon in die Jahre gekommen sind. Und die Location ist eigentlich zu schade, um jeden Abend zum Essen zu fahren. Die Terrassentür ist sehr schwer gängig, die Scheiben sind zum Teil blind, Steckdosen sind zum Teil nicht mehr fest in der Wand.Die Betreuerin Claire war jederzeit ansprechbar, für den Investitionsstau des Objektes ist sie nicht verantwortlich. Es bleibt zu hoffen, dass der neue Besitzer die Kritik annimmt, und so dieses eigentliche Kleinod erhält.

Sehr freundlicher Kontakt zu Claire, die das Objekt verwaltet. Sie hatte für alle Belange ein offenes Ohr. Gemütliches Haus, ruhige Gegend, schöner Garten. Die Beleuchtung im Haus könnte zum Teil etwas besser sein.

Sehr schön um „abzuschalten“, Natur pur

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage im Bungalow. Der Kontakt mit Claire (Vermittlerin) war top. Mietwagen ist natürlich Pflicht, da der Bungalow wirklich sehr abgelegen liegt. Internet ist optimierungswürdig, da sollte man schon genug Datenvolumen auf seiner Mobilfunkkarte haben, da das WiFi nicht wirklich brauchbar ist. Aber man soll ja auch „abschalten“ 🤓 Wir können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Traumhaft schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen Traumhaft schönen Urlaub, der leider viiiiiel zu kurz war. Das "Objekt" also der Bungalow war völlig zufriedenstellend, sowohl sauberkeit und die Ausstattung waren völlig zeitgemäß. Und die gute Seele Claire, die alles Managet ist ein kleiner Engel, sie ist immer zu erreichen und gibt sehr gute insider Tipps. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr sehr schönen Urlaub in einer kleinen Idille, wie es auch beschrieben war. Auf jeden Fall kommen wir nächstes Jahr wieder in diesen traumhaften Ort. Relaxing time

Es waren super entspannte tage dort im bungalow. Die lage ist gut und das Haus leicht mit einem kleinen auto zu erreichen. claire war ein super gastgeber und ist taggleich gekommen als die poolpumpe mal ausgefallen ist. es ist sauber, alles wie beschrieben und bebildert. schöne terasse und der pool war super. es gab einen begrüßungswein und die ausstattung war völlig in Ordnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Nur zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche am perfekten Ort. Nicht weit ab von der Hauptstraße SOWAS von ruhig! Gut erreichbar, gut betreut von den Gastgebern. Check-in easy. Gut angelegtes gepflegtes Ferienhaus! Wenn es uns wieder nach Chalkidiki verschlägt...wir würden wieder kommen! Christina

Absolutely wonderful

We have had such a wonderful week. We loved the property and the pool. It was very comfortable for our family if 4. The owners were great at communicating with us, very friendly and helpful and even brought us fresh apricots off of their neighbours tree. The area is great, we loved swimming and snorkelling in the sea. Thank you Greece you never disappoint!

Optimal für einen entspannten Erholungsurlaub zu zweit oder auch mit kleineren Kindern. Strände in der Nähe. Bei Bedarf ist die „lebhaftere“ Ostküste in 15min. erreichbar. Tolle Betreuung durch Mike, den Verwalter. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Erholsame, schöne Zeit

Wir waren mit unserem 9-jährigen Sohn 1Woche im August im Chalet. Der Swimmingpool hat zur großen Freude beigetragen. Die Betreuung durch den Verwalter war erstklassig, danke nochmal. Bei der Sauberkeit haben wir einen Punkt abgezogen, weil das Geschirr sehr schmutzig war, wofür jedoch Vormieter verantwortlich sind. Allerdings hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass eine Überprüfung vor Weitervermietung erfolgt wäre. Wir können aber das Chalet absolut weiterempfehlen.

Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig

Sehr schönes Chalet in mitten eines Olivenhaines, Weg ist geschottert ist aber gut befahrbar ca. 700 m. Mietwagen empfehlenswert. Umgebung mit zwei kleineren Fischerdörfern und einigen guten Stränden und netten Restaurants sehr ansprechend. Wer Rummel mag fährt an die Ostküste( 20 minuten entfernt). Kein Wlan, kein TV nur entspannte Natur und Sterne ein perfekter Ort um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Wir waren zwei Wochen da und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen besonders die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet es fehlte an nichts.

Ruhig gelegenes Ferienhäuschen

Wunderbar ruhig gelegenes Chalet, umgeben von alten Olivenbäumen. Wer die Stille und die Natur mag ist hier vollkommen richtig. Die Abholung durch den freundlichem Hausmeister Mike am Tag der Ankunft war perfekt und er kümmert sich um alles. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig kontrolliert und das Wasser war immer sauber und man konnte sich herrlich abkühlen. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind auch vorhanden, sogar eine Waschmaschine. Man hat von der Terrasse einen herrlichen Ausblick in die Natur und kann den Urlaub in der Sonne unter Palmen genießen. Es gibt im Schlafzimmer und im Wohnraum je einen Ventilator und eine mobile Klimaanlage, die für Abkühlung sorgen. Mit den netten und sehr hilfsbereiten Vermietern Michael und Edith haben wir einen wundervollen Abend verbracht. Hier nochmal vielen lieben Dank , wir kommen gerne noch einmal wieder. Wir können das Chalet nur weiterempfehlen .

VACATION IN THE CHALET

A completely quiet environment, a bit remote, almost off-grid. Weak phone and no data signal (just Edge, which doesn't work). No air conditioning, the house cools down really slow in the night. OK for siesta (the house is still acceptably cool) but the night sleep not relaxing (except the rainy days which are scarce in the summer season), dough the double bed is really good. Not really suitable for in-house cooking (small kitchen place with small electric cooking plate, a micro and an outdoor small grill). In my opinion the chalet is excellent for young couples with no children. Price is well adjusted for the value.

Wunderschön gelegen, sehr ruhig, perfekt zum Auspannen. Schön angelegter Garten mit Pool zum erfrischen. Einfache Küchenausstattung mit Herdplatten. Betten perfekt zum Schlafen. Ventilatoren in beiden Räumen zur Kühlung. Sehr angenehm, daß Badetücher vorhanden waren und man keine eigenen mitzubringen braucht.

Had an amazing holiday would and have defiantly recommend to friends and family

We stayed in the chalet which is on the same road as the villa. We had a fantastic time. The chalet was great size for family of four 2 adults and 2 children with a decent size round dip pool. We all was able to swim in the pool at once it's a good size for four. The information given for instructions from THESSALONKI airport to the chalet was very formative and found straight forward travel. Mike the onsite maintenance was very helpful and again gave us loads of information with what we could see in and around the area. We do feel that Mike deserves a little extra pay for his hard work he puts in 😂. Would definitely recommend doing 1 big shop at lidl to start you off and then just top up on fresh stuff daily from the local shops in nea skioni. Over all was a very peaceful and throughly enjoyable stay and we would be returning in the future with other family members. We was lucky enough to meet Mr Michael brookshore and his wife. A lovely couple. Matthew and I would like to thank you for all your help with accommodating us and making sure our needs was met so that we could throughly enjoy our holiday stress free.
