Apartment Parque Santiago 1, Playa de las Americas, Tenerife.

Brand new fully renovated penthouse apartment. All new decoration, furniture, bathroom, kitchen, fully retiled, 55' Samsung Smart TV, Free Wifi.

We have pleasure in offering you the opportunity to let our fully furnished home from home holiday apartment. Our apartment is situated on the gated, waterfront complex on the most popular Parque Santiago 1 complex which is ideal for families and couples wanting a relaxing break away. The apartment has its own private Wi-Fi with communal Wi-Fi located round the pool.

With the promenade stretching from Los Cristianos to Costa Adeje filled with waterside bars, restaurants and cafe. Beaches are in plentiful supply with their water sports for the energetic. For more relaxation day why not use our newly refurbished pool area. The complex employs a team of gardeners, painters, cleaners and handymen keeping the site in tip top condition. We have a pool bar run by Sue and Pepe offering delicious breakfast, meals and snacks and happy hour 4pm -6pm

Siam Park has been voted one of the best water parks in the world and is only a 10 minute free bus ride away. There are many other free bus rides to take you to numerous other attractions.

The coastline with its magnificent views day and night offer an inviting stroll. Wanting a quiet night in, there is a supermarket on site and the fully equipped kitchen is great for preparing those meals to be eaten on the private balcony to sit and watch the sun go down. There is always the satellite TV to catch up on your soaps.

The complex has undergone a 1 million euros refurbishment throughout including new tiling and full pool refurbishment. The property is situated on the 2nd floor (no lift access).

Atlantic Property Services are also on site to help you with car hire or excursions.

Excellent location

Extra set of towels would have been handy. Too hot on upper level in evening and at night, the fan provided didn’t really help. Lack of sun in balcony In the evening. Overall fantastic location, very nice apartment. Great communication with manager. Would recommend this apartment.

Clean home from home atmosphere. Ideal location. Pool and grounds lovely exceptionally clean

Will definitely be back. Tried to book for next New Year but it is already booked. Whenever we come back to Tenerife we will stay there if possible. Neil is very easy to deal with and very accommodating. My husband and I had the first week on our own and then we were joined by friends for the second week. There were 12 of them that stayed in the Columbus. We showed our appartment to them and they all preferred it. A couple of them will be in touch with Neil to see if they can book later in the year. Would defiantly recommend

very nice apartment well placed with good views of pool and sea. would recommend to young couples or family's with children. only negative which we new about before we booked for us was the number of steps to the apartment as we are both in our 70s with mobility problems but believed that we were fitter than we actual are, that said would not be a problem for younger people.

Great Apartment and location

Although the pool was out of use due to major refurbishment, which we knew of in advance, we enjoyed our stay in the apartment, which was well-equipped and ideally positioned in the complex. The only downside was the dust from the refurbishment works, but this will not deter us from returning in the future.

excellent apartment and location

The apartment itself was spotless on arrival and had everything we needed. The front room and balcony were very cosy in the evenings when we wanted to stay in and cook with a tv etc and although the balcony looks over the pool you also have sea views which was great. The bedroom and bathroom upstairs are also very nice and spotlessly clean and we had more than enough space compared to previous places we have stayed in. There was a hairdryer etc in the bedroom and the beds were very comfortable. I would upload some photos if I could to show the lovely morning view. The actual complex was lovely and again spotless everywhere the pool was cleaned daily. There is a lovely cafe/bar on site next to the pool which was very cheap and lovely food, you can even order a full roast chicken to take away for a very cheap price which was good. The location was absolutely perfect, very close to everything but peacefully quiet once you’re in the complex in the evenings. You are practically on the beach when you go through the back door which was perfect for us who wanted to enjoy the surf right outside. You can walk one way through Las Americas into Puerto Colon and then into Costa Adeje or the other way into Los Christianos both gorgeous views all the way. Plenty of bars and restaurants out the front of the complex on the doorstep or out the back on the beach side depending on what you want. Neil was on hand for any questions we had, we absolutely loved this apartment and location and wouldn’t even consider anywhere else and would love to book this one again next year. Thank you Neil for a very enjoyable stay :)

Excellent appartement dans un excellent cadre très bien placé dans la ville. Appartement très propre et très bien décoré. Endroit hyper calme ou on y dort bien. Aucune remarque désagréable à faire... Relations avec le propriétaire, très rapides, très fluides et très cordiales... Réservez le, les yeux fermés... Nous y retournerons le plus rapidement possible... JLS :-)

after just returning from a week in this apartment thought i better say how pleased i am. On arrival we found the apartment spotless with every thing we needed location is great with bars shops restaurants all within walking distance. the whole complex seems very well looked after and i will certainly be looking to book again next year. Ideal location, very affordable

Having just returned home from staying in the property, to say we were pleased with the apartment would be an understatement. On arrival, the apartment was spotless throughout,very well maintained and everything we needed was provided. When looking for something to eat, we were spoiled for choice all within walking distance, with every cuisine catered for. Adeje and Los Cristianos are both within walking distance of the apartment, if tours and activities are your thing, there is an agent outside the complex to sort that out for you.Overall a very enjoyable week and the apartment would be top of my list if we were to return to Tenerife
