Villa Betulla Incantata is an oasis of peace just a few kilometers from Lake Garda, at an elevation of 700 meters, off the beaten path but just 25 minutes from Salò.There is no electricity here: everything is powered by solar energy, and the water is filtered from a cistern. It is situated in the heart of a fenced-in 50,000-square-meter forest of chestnut and birch trees—perfect for your cani.Al—at the center of a nature trail and mountain bike route, a haven for chestnuts and mushrooms.
It is a house in the middle of a fully fenced-in forest, 2 km from the nearest town, Vallio Terme. The road from the town is uphill with several hairpin turns but is completely paved except for the last 100 meters.
Guests have access to the 50,000-square-meter forest, where, depending on the season, they can pick strawberries, blueberries, chestnuts, and mushrooms.
The nearest shops and restaurants are 2 kilometers away, but you can use the kitchen and the outdoor barbecue to cook. You can also cook using the house’s kitchen and wood-fired oven. Water is collected in our cistern, filtered, and now heated by a new wood-fired water heater.
A car is required to reach the house. From the center of Vallio Terme, follow the road uphill toward Altipiano Ere. The nearest public transportation is the bus in Vallio Terme. The Brescia Est highway is 50 minutes away.
