Hidden costs and paper walls
The cabin itself was nice, except the walls are paper thin. You hear your neighbours all the time, you can tell which room they have moved too. Then to make things worse we had a set of neighbours who arrived in the middle of the night and were shouting. Even after banging on the wall they were still quite load. I know the property can't do much about the idiots who arrived in the night, but the walls are generally too thin.
There are a lot of hidden costs such as £5 a day for electricity and £5 for a set of towels. Call me old fashioned, but I thought electricity was included in the price. And normally towels too.
You cannot check in until 5pm, but the onsite managers are only available until 6pm. When we realised we needed to buy towels and electricity at 6:20pm, this did cause a panic. Luckily they were still there to help us. (I get the impression they help outside those hours, but it was a panic when we read they wouldn't be there after 6).
