Look no further. Excellent property, beautiful pool, amazing gazebo on pier to enjoy cool breezes, great kitchen for cooking, comfy beds, thick soft towels, walk to a really good restaurant and more. Even caught red drum right off the pier. We will definitely be coming back!

Property was just as described and more! Everything was clean. The pier/dock was covered and newly built. We enjoyed a lot of fishing time. Due to the wake from the boats, using the kayaks were out. There is a ton of boat traffic in the channel.Gretchen was wonderful to communicate with, absolutely no issues. The beds in two of the upstairs bedrooms are full size, would have preferred queens but we made it work.Thank you for a great stay!

Cheryl, Thank you so much for your kind review! Yes! That traffic in the summer can be crazy on the ICW! Makes Kayaking a little tricky but makes sitting on the pier so much fun! I'm glad yall made the beds work. One of the rooms has a full size bed and a twin bed. The second room is a queen bed. Thank you again for the review!

The stay was great! Even though it was cold, the place was great. The kids loved the sand beach. Dolphins came by and the kids were amazed. The house was clean, well stacked, beautiful. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Vacation Spot

Paradise Pointe has everything you need if you just want to chill out for a few days. It is also close to beach if you want to beach-it and close enough to Myrtle Beach For a day trip to do all of the touristy things. We highly recommend this property and will definitely be back!

This property is absolutely amazing! Gretchen was such a pleasure to communicate with and book our reservation. We would definitely love to stay at Paradise Point again in the future. A number of beaches and fun activities are located so closely. The area is great for all ages!

A little piece of paradise

We stayed at Paradise Point for our family summer vacation and it truly did not disappoint! It is the perfect place to make lasting memories and there is so much to do! Gretchen was fantastic with communication and we truly feel like this is a place we will visit again and again!

My husband, Matt, and I have been married for 22 years. We have 2 children ages 20 and 18, a boy and a girl. We enjoy playing sports, hanging out with friends and family, attending Church, and most of all, going to Paradise Point!

This property has been in my husband's family since the 1930's. This house was built by his Aunt and Uncle and we had the opportunity to buy it in the summer of 2015. My husband grew up fishing and playing on this property and waterways and we have been coming here since we started dating. He even proposed to me on the pier of our new house over the 3rd of July, 2002. When we had the opportunity to buy the house, we just could not pass it up. It is a secret spot that is truly paradise!

The Views at Paradise Point are like no others. We frequently see yachts, barges, sailboats and shrimp boats go by. When fishing we have caught various fish, sting rays, eels, flounder, trout, and even an octopus! It is so much fun to leave the crab trap out and see what you get or to put out the minnow trap and use fresh minnow for bait. If you enjoy fishing, this is the place for you. And, if you don't fish, you will have so much fun watching (and may enjoy fishing after this experience). There is a man-made beach beside the water but the actual waterfront is located on an oyster shell bank. While this requires swimmers to wear water shoes, it also allows for entertaining sea shell and crab hunting. We also have a beautiful pool with a fire pit seating area beside it and an underdeck with a hot tub, tiki bar, tv and more! The most relaxing thing about Paradise Point to me is watching the sunset. It is just a breathtaking time of day. We have several different outdoor sitting areas so you can see if from a slightly different spot every day! We love to eat in so there is a fully stocked kitchen and a grill for your use. However, if you choose to eat out, the Inlet View Bar and grill is within walking distance (.1 miles). If you enjoy site seeing, historical areas, or touristy events; Wilmington and Myrtle Beach are 45 minutes away. The beach is an easy 10 minute drive but nothing beats coming back to Paradise Point!
