Home away from home❤️

I cannot say enough good things about this property. The owner lives on site and we got to chat with her a bit. The place is dog friendly and there’s an enclosed yard with a beautiful pool. Other places that I’ve stayed at in the area say they’re dog friendly but i’ve never experienced how comfortable and easy this nice clean home was. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was very easy to cook in, and we basically had the entire pool to ourselves.

Good location to explore Maui

Located .63 km from the water front, this suite is relatively central to the island. It is a good location to begin your exploration of Maui. It is as described and has a homey feel to it. You have access to a main floor suite within the owner’s home next to the pool. The pool is lovely, and available most of the time. On the weekend, swimming lessons are taught using the pool rendering it unavailable to the guest for a few short hours. That was not a problem for us as we were out exploring the sights of Maui. The suite is well equipped and clean. Albeit, the carpet in the bedroom had a sizeable stain and needs either cleaning or replacement. But overall, the place was clean and well cared for. We recommend this lovely residential suit if you want to get away from the hubbub of the main street along the water front.

Construction during stay!

We were staying here in between moves and thought it would be a quiet place for us and our dogs to stay for 12 days. We were both gone to work and came home to serious noise right up against the wall. They were jack hammering concrete for 2 days with out warning. My dogs were shaking and panting. It was so loud. I told owner and she said she would have them switch to a saw which did not change the sound. I had to find a place for my dogs to go and purchase calming treats for them. You can hear every foot step and noise from upstairs. They took off dog deposit but felt like it was not enough. Why would you rent the place out if you know your doing construction. Dogs or no dogs. I also was not aware of having to pay for water and dry and having to schedule time to use it. Other then that it was great ;)

Very well equipped and comfortable condo

Great condo, more spacious than I thought it might be, and fully equipped with everything you could need. Location is very handy for exploring all parts of the island. I thoroughly recommend staying here.

Nice quiet area with AC

We didn’t stay very long, but the kitchen was a bonus. Pool was nice, hot tub never got hot, but can’t complain. Bed was comfortable and shower had good pressure.

We felt like family

Diane had a beautiful home that she rented out for our time. There was designated parking in front and the home was equipped with all household necessities. Diane and her family were beyond friendly. The pool was well maintained and the hot tub was so relaxing. The space was perfect for myself and spouse. Clean, temperature controlled, and quiet neighborhood. We will definitely recommend for anyone traveling to Kihea to contact Diane for a stay. To top it off, we got married while in Hawaii and Diane was so enthusiastic to hear about our adventures and wedding. We left there feeling like family. When we visit Hawaii again, we will definitely book at Diane's home! Thank you!

Fantastic location and house with amenities

The location was great. Having the pool right there was a plus. The house was immaculate. Everything stated in this home is accurate. Diane was wonderful to work with and very quick with responses to any and every question I had. I highly recommend staying at this location.

Cute condo and great price!

It's away from the busy south Kihei area but that's a positive. Nice clean little condo with everything you need and Diane and Gordon are great hosts.

Great pet friendly place with a pool and hot tub

We and our small dog enjoyed our stay here. Enough room for a couple and the shared pool and hot tub were awesome especially after a long day at the beach or hiking. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a grill outside as well. Owner was very responsive and let me know whenever they were going to use the pool or hot tub. Bed was rather soft and could definitely use new pillows amd bedding.

Gift for a friend. He loved it!

Loved this place!

We stayed here a few nights and felt like at home. The place has everything you need! Safeway it’s a few minutes away and so is the beach and restaurants. Diane and Gordon are awesome hosts! We will definitely will be coming back. Great deal for staying in Kihei, Maui :) Thank you guys!!

Comfortable and practical location.

This property served us well on our first visit to Maui. My daughter and I just needed a clean and comfortable place to land at the end of our day’s adventure and that’s what we got. It’s centrally located so we able to explore the island easily. We didn’t meet the hosts until the day we were leaving but they kindly left us a gift basket and gift card to Coconuts Restaurant which ended up being our favorite dining experience! There was a lot of construction going on behind the house but this did not bother us as we were mostly there just at night when the construction was going on. We didn’t use the kitchen much but if you plan on eating in, the kitchen was well equipped.

Wonderful apartment in a great location!

We had an excellent stay at this property. It had everything we needed and wanted. It was clean, cozy and comfortable. A good night's sleep is important even when you're on vacation, and we certainly got that. Bedding was top-notch. We were a short walk to the beach, where we witnessed the best unobstructed sunsets on Maui. We ended our vacation at this property after several days at a resort-style condo in another part of Maui. We welcomed the quiet and ease of getting around in a residential neighbourhood that's close to everything - great beaches, great shops, great restaurants, and above all - all the natural wonders of Maui. It's in the perfect location for exploring the island. The hosts were very pleasant and helpful. It was great dealing with them!

Paradise in Paradise. So Peaceful and Comfortable.

Property was well maintained in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Had all the comforts of home except for a microwave. Filtered water and ice was a wonderful bonus that we really appreciated about this property. Also has a great air conditioning system that works independently in bedroom and main living area. We didn't use it as also has ceiling fans and unit is located on the main floor but we did check it out. Definitely one of the better properties we have stayed at on Maui and would stay there again and will recommend to our friends.

Great Time in Maui

We spent 5 nights in this lovely suite. The place was clean, comfortable and very private. Perfect central location to the beach, shopping and touring the area. Definitely will come again and highly recommend this location for visitors to Maui. Diane and Gord were perfect hosts and provided lots of information on things to do while in Maui.
