Casa Casuarina is situated just above the centre of the town, in a quiet secluded area that affords great privacy. The villa has recently been renovated including the pool which has a pebble finish. The pool also has a solar bubble cover, which if used well can keep the pool at a nice temperature without the need for electric heating.

Fabulous property, spacious, well laid out with all rooms accessing outside pool area. Kitchen well appointed, property very clean throughout, ample parking. The property is ideally located in quiet area but just a short walk to beach and easy drive to Lagos. Excellent communication with host. Definitely recommend

We had a fantastic week at this lovely villa which has everything you need. The beds are really comfortable and the pool is huge. The local facilities are only a short walk away and Gavin and Estelle are very helpful. All in all a great place to go, thanks

Walkable to it all

Really enjoyed the home and its location to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. The house has everything you need and communication with the owner was easy.

Lovely and peaceful

So impressed with the property, there was everything we could have wished for, especially in the kitchen. Our favourite area was the outside space; the outside eating/seating area, bbq and pool - which is better than expected! And so easy to get to the supermarket, beach and restaurants, although didn’t look forward to the uphill walk back .

Lovely home, great location within walking distance to several restaurants. Hosts are very responsive. You won’t be disappointed if choosing to stay in this lovely home.

Amazing property and amazing hosts

This property was absolutely amazing. The original property that we rented had unexpected road construction going on just outside the property so the hosts moved us to another even larger property closer to the beach. They communicated with us before we arrived and everything went very smoothly. We were very grateful. We loved our stay.

Such an amazing property

Casa Casuarina is Idyllic in every way. Perfect location just a few minutes walk to the bars and restaurants. The terrace and poolside perfect for catching the day long sunshine. The pool itself amazing for the "kids" and "older kids" to enjoy. The villa has everything you might need. The bedrooms all very comfortable. Communication with Gavin and Estelle also very good, being accomodating and helpful.

Lovely well equipped villa in both a quiet but convenient position in Praia da Luz. The advice to cover the pool every night was worth it, as we think the temperature of the pool water was warmer than we have experienced staying at other villas in the Algarve, including those with heaters! We also cannot thank Gavin and Estelle enough for being both attentive and helpful during our stay. Turning up within 10 minutes of being contacted in the evening to replace a gas bottle, so that a shower could still provide hot water is not something we have experienced in the past! Thanks for everything you did to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

Great Family Villa

The villa has been perfect for us as 6 couples. The location is perfect for walking to the beach and eating out at the restaurants in Luz. If you are wanting to eat out I would recommend booking your restaurants in advance. We booked the La Concha restaurant before we left the UK, excellent food and always very busy! The Villa is clean and spacious giving everyone their own private space with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Would highly recommend and we would definitely return. Thank you Gavin and Estelle great hosts.

Fabulous villa

We loved our stay here. The villa was great - very well equipped with plenty of space inside. The outdoor area was fantastic with the large table permanently in the shade. The pool is a really good size and we loved the hammock. Although the villa was in a residential area, it was really peaceful. It was good to be able to walk into town and the beach within 10 mins. There is a great choice of restaurants and the local beach is lovely. Local supermarkets are close and well- stocked. Lagos is about a 10 minute drive away and is a great town and there are some superb boat trips that leave from the marina.

Great Family vacation
