The garden and the wooden deck are facing South West, thus offering enjoyable sunny days and evenings. A large living room with 2 sofas and TV (160 channels), 3 King Size Bed Rooms, one having its own bathroom, 1 mezzanine equipped with 2 single beds, fully equipped kitchen... A little boat crosses the ODET river from Sainte Marine to Benodet every 30 min. All confort you need to enjoy your holiday in Brittany!

Wonderful place

Excellent property close to the harbour and restaurants. The house was very comfortable with a lovely emclosed court yard garden. Highly recommended.

Lovely property ideally situated for visiting this beautiful area of Brittany . David the host was easily contactable . The house was very clean and well equipped. A small supermarket round the corner , a boulangerie and deli within 5 mins walk and a little market on Wednesday’s . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider visiting David’s property again .

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben die zwei Wochen in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Es ist perfekt ausgestattet und es fehlt wirklich gar nichts. Besonders an regnerischen Tagen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, da das Haus wunderschöne und gemütliche Ecken und Rückzugsorte bietet. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die ganze Familie hat die Zeit in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Danke für den tollen Empfang und die stets unkomplizierte und schnelle Kommunikation! Wir würden jeder Zeit das Haus wieder buchen. Vielen Dank!

Wonderful Townhouse

We spent three weeks in this beautiful town house in Sainte-Marine. There was not one thing we missed and David was a great host; we found a bottle of champagne in the fridge. If we can we would return every year! Thank you so much Dave & Catherine for having us.

Beautiful house in a great location

House was superbly appointed and immacutely clean. All communication with the owner David was prompt, polite and efficient. Superb location for exploring this wonderful part of Brittany. Tremendous value for money and highly recommended.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances à Sainte Marine, avec un accueil chaleureux, un logement très propre et très bien situé. Tout est à proximité, restaurants, plage, bac pour rejoindre la ville de Bénodet et randonnées, que du bonheur !

The house is well located near old harbor of a lovely small town (Sainte Marine) by the sea. It is fully equiped absolutely beautiful snd renovated few years ago.

Maison idéale pour des vacances bretonnes

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette maison de ville qui allie modernité (le confort et la propreté d'un hôtel !) et charme, située à 2 pas du merveilleux petit port de Sainte Marine, de ses restaurants et épiceries sympathiques. Nous avons souvent dîné dans le petit jardin très soigné. Nos hôtes ont été adorables.

Très satisfaits de cette charmante maison bien placée, très agréable à vivre à huit (nous étions 2 adultes et six ados), aménagement complet et de qualité, belle terrasse avec jardin pour garer les vélos, propriétaires attentionnés, disponibles et accommodants. Quand il fait beau dans ce coin de la Bretagne, c’est le paradis !
