The Space:

This exceptional beachfront residence seamlessly combines contemporary luxury with a relaxed island aesthetic. The spacious interior features an oversized living room with plush off-white sofas and ocean views, while the adjacent dining area seats twelve around a large square table—ideal for entertaining. A fully equipped kitchen with a central island in black and beige tones offers everything needed for in-villa dining. Outside, the expansive terrace overlooks the turquoise lagoon and includes a heated infinity pool, sun loungers, and a shaded dining area for ten. With gentle sea breezes, swaying palm trees, and the sound of the waves just steps away, the ambiance is serene and inviting throughout.



Guest Access:

Guests have full, exclusive access to all indoor and outdoor areas of the property, including six bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, the kitchen, living and dining spaces, a private heated pool, a fitness room, and all terraces. Daily housekeeping (excluding Sundays and public holidays), airport or port meet-and-greet, concierge services, pool and garden maintenance, and all linens and towels are included. Additional premium services such as private chef, provisioning, transfers, and event planning are available on request.
