Pool is great and being able to easily walk to the beach makes it super convenient. It feels like we unlocked a cheat code because many places in Port A or Corpus Christi that offer this value for these amenities, cleanliness, and convenience are almost impossible to find in peak season. I only had 2 forks , 1 small bowl to mix in and very small pot to boil food in. I have stayed in a 2 bedroom in the past 25 years and always had better amenities.

The complex is well maintained, there are maintenance people always doing something to make sure it stays that way. The condos are cleaned well before arrival and an office that is staffed during the day if you need anything.

Nice, clean, comfortable! Exactly what we wanted! Great pricing! Steps to the pool and ocean! No ocean view of course but the pool view was very nice. And it was amazing being on the first floor! Slept great! Nothing negative to say! Thank you for sharing the condo with us!!

Returning guest - Condo updated.

We have been staying at the complex for years, however, had not been back since before pandemic. Condo has been updated, was clean & comfortable. Great Wi-fi which was spotty before. Bathroom fan needs repairing and a basic cookie sheet would be helpful. Overall - very pleased w/the accommodations.
