Absolutely Perfect

Location, Condition and Price were perfect for our families weekend adventure to the Gulf of America. Doug and Beth were immediate with responding to any questions we had. Would book again 100%.

Clean, great location, and quiet.

My family stayed at Beth and Doug's condo the first week in March. The condo was well stocked, and we were not in want of anything. The place was quite, and it has a great location.

Everything was great. The only trouble we had was with finding the correct building and parking spot. Other than that, this is a great value for families and super close to the beach.

Perfect for families

Property was perfect, clean and felt like home. Great setup for multiple kids with the triple bunk. It was our first time using a Verbo type property but the owners instructions and way they had it setup made it very easy and problem free. The pool and fitness center are great and we used them everyday. Would 💯 % come back.

Property/condo was very nice and clean. Everything was neat and tidy .we had an awsome vacation, with the beaches ⛱️ restaurants and stores on Padre Island and in Corpus Christi. It was nice to be outside after dark without mosquitoes swarming ,and the cool night breeze comming off the Gulf. I give this an A +++++++

Home away from home

Truly a great experience all the way around. Perfect size for our grown family of 4. Great extras in case you forgot something. They thought of just about everything to make this experience homey and enjoyable. Even my 18 and 20 year old have fun playing with the available toys and games. Brought back memories as we made new ones. Thank you for exceeding my expectations!

Great quiet getaway

Condo has ample space for a family with kids and everything needed for cooking. Nice little amenities like high chair, crib, and toys and games were much appreciated. Pool is heated warm enough for even 60 degree outdoor weather, and hot tub is excellent. Beach is a 5-10 minute walk or 1 minute drive. Very quiet area without too many tourists.

Family Beach Trip

This condo was great, a perfect fit for us! It had everything you could ask for including beach towels, games, books and the location is amazing! Fully furnished and stocked with everything. We hope to be back!!

Great Long Weekend

We came for a baseball tournament in Portland but wanted to be close to the beach to maximize our time when we could. This was the perfect spot for this. I was surprised how quiet the community was even with plenty of people staying there. Condo had everything we needed. Only thing I would like different is more places to put food. No real complaints. We’d stay more of it wasn’t so far from home.

Doug and Beth live in Texas and enjoy traveling. We are a military family, retired now, and enjoy life to the fullest. Beth has worked in customer service for over 35 years. Our two wonderful kids are grown and building a life of their own. We have used VRBO for years and decided to try our hand at becoming an owners.

As VRBO & AirBnB renters we have seen what works and what does not. Having a relaxing and hassle free vacation is very important to us and we want to give these things to you. This property is just that, to sit on the porch in the evening and watch the sun set, or to walk the beach and splash in the waves. Our home has it all, beach, pool (heated in winter) with hot tub, gazebo, outdoor BBQ grill, 24 hour fitness center, sauna . Come and enjoy our home, I know we do.

What I enjoy most is the porch, I have a view of the ocean and the Marina. It is quiet and peaceful. The property has everything, beach, pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center and good neighbors. The area has great food and entertainment. Corpus Christ is only 20 miles away and you can visit the Texas State Aquarium, USS Lexington, National Sea Shore and much, much more. I promise you will not get bored.
