The apartment is located across from the Forteguerriana Library, about 80 meters from Piazza Duomo, in a charming and very private setting. Accessible by elevator, the interior of the apartment is very cozy and consists of a spacious living room with a sofa, a 45-inch TV, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom; upstairs, there is a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a second bathroom.
From the living room, you can enjoy a picturesque view of the bell tower.
To make you feel as much at home as possible, the apartment is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, a pod coffee machine, a hair dryer, an iron, a washing machine, and more.
I have a covered, enclosed parking space (200 meters from the house) that you can use even if you arrive by motorcycle, so you can keep it sheltered.

Great Tuscan Experience

My wife and I stayed six weeks in this large (2BR), spotlessly clean apartment, perfectly located in a lovely historic town. Hosts are very accommodating, arranging weekly housekeeping (grazie, Marianna), and secure near-by parking for when we rented a car. While it’s an easy walk to the train to visit Florence and other Tuscan sites, we preferred Pistoia, with abundant restaurants and bars on picturesque piazzas and a large, vibrant market every Wednesday and Saturday. Warm people, great food and wine, no tourist throngs…a perfect slice of Tuscany for us and our friends who came to visit.

We had a wonderful experience in Pistoia. The apartment is clean and perfectly located for walking to everything (restaurants, shops, grocery store and train station). Our host was very responsive and helped us with our car rental. Highly recommended if you are a family looking at sending your child to the Boundless Life school.
