このヴィラは家族連れに適しており、カップルはアドリア海を見下ろすポドゴーラの小さな古代の村にあります。 2013年に建てられ、完成した真新しいヴィラには、近代的な設備がすべて整っています。 それは広いリビングルーム、ダイニングルーム、広いキッチン、トイレ付きの洗濯物がある１階を含む２２０平方メートルです。 1階にはバスルーム付きの2つの大きなベッドルームがあります。 2階にはバスルーム付きのマスターベッドルームがあります。 すべてのベッドルームにベッドから海の景色を望むバルコニーが付いています。 外には、設備の整ったサマーキッチンがあり、木材とガスのバーベキューとシンクがあります。 広いテラスは、リビングとダイニングルーム、サマーキッチン、インフィニティプールをつなぐ30㎡のヴィラを囲んでいます。
プールエリアには6つのサンラウンジャーがあります。 3専用駐車場あり
車。 海の景色はきれいです。 別荘は600平方メートルの土地にあります。 ヴィラには、ローズマリー、ラベンダー、芝生のある地中海風の庭園があります。 見るべき町はすべて車です。

Nice villa with great views

Nice spacious clean villa with great views over Podgora coast. Lovely place for relaxation. Requires a car as 5-10 minute drive from anywhere.

Villa Lily

Spent a wonderful week at Villa Lily. The villa views were outstanding. Everything was super clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the location that let us explore the Croatian coast easily. Our host Leon was very helpful and responsive. Thank you for sharing your lovely villa.

Wonderful view!

We had a lovely stay. The view was breathtaking and the pool was the perfect place to sit and take it all in. Leon was helpful from the start and keen to make our stay perfect. He even got us a doctor's appointment when our daughter was unwell. The villa is beautiful and the air conditioning is a lifesaver in the heat of the Summer. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Nous déconseillons cette location.Aucun accueil de la part du propriétaire, juste les clefs sur la porte.Le frigo coulait à notre arrivée, des glaçons coinçaient la partie congélateur.Le tableau de bord de la machine à laver était cassé, la cafetière ébréchée. Les plaques electriques chauffent très mal ( casseroles inadaptées?) , enfin peu de pression d'eau dans les douches surtout la chambre supérieure et diffile d'avoir de l'eau tiède.Nous sommes passés sur tout cela ( y compris les murs sales dans cuisine et escaliers ) malgré le prix exhorbitant de la location :8000 €. Le matin de notre départ le frigo est tombé en panne ..bien sûr personne pour notre départ et aucun état des lieux de sortie. Quelle ne fut pas notre surprise de voir que le propriétaire nous a retenu le maximum de la caution .Nous sommes actuellement en procédure avec lui

Never would rent my villa to this group again. These guests waited until they were on their way home to tell us that they broke our fridge.I had to delay our next guests arrival until I managed to get a new fridge to replace the one that they broke. They decided to hide that information from me that they broke our fridge until they were out of the house. This lie put me and my new guests in very bad situation where I had to find in 1 hour a new fridge. These guests did not give me the information earlier as they did not care. I would not recommend these guests to anyone they are untruthfull people. They by the way said that they had a wonderful stay in our wonderful villa untill we decided to claim our security damage deposit. Which by the way was 20 % of the value of the damaged fridge. They also left the villa in a dirty condition. The outside kitchen area was left in a dirty condition. Do Not Rent To This Group!

Villa mit großartigem Meerblick

Die relativ neue Villa liegt hoch über dem Ort Podgora im steilen Berghang und hat einen grandiosen Meerblick von der Terrasse, den Balkonen, den Fenstern und dem Pool. Da der Meerblick nach Westen gerichtet ist, konnten wir abends die Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Nur wenige Kilometer weg von der Villa ist der Eingang zum Nationalpark Biokovo mit dem gläsernen Skywalk. Mit dem geliehenen Motorroller vom nahegelegenen Skywalk Motorrollerverleih war die Erkundung des Nationalparks mit den engen, kurvigen Gebirgsstraßen und der Küstenorte mit den Stränden recht entspannt. Wir erinnern uns gerne an unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa.

Tolle Villa mit einem traumhaften Ausblick

Wir haben die Zeit in dieser Villa sehr genossen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt Beginnend mit dem morgentlichen Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit einem traumhaften Ausblick, dem Verweilen am oder im Pool bis hin zum abendlichen Genießen des tollen Sternenhimmels, einfach toll. Danke auch nochmal an Leon für seine Tipps in Bezug auf empfehlenswerte Restaurants und für die Kontaktvermittlung zur Bootsvermietung. Ein absolut gelungener Urlaub mit hohem Erholungsfaktor.

VUE MER INCROYABLE

La maison est très bien située entre Split et Dubrovnik, à quelques minutes de la mer dans un endroit très calme et très sauvage. La vue mer est époustouflante ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'aménagement de la maison et la piscine à débordement vue mer.

Oase der Entspannung

Es war eine fantastische Woche. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, um die Seele bäumeln zu lassen. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft!!!!! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Danke Helena und Leon Broich für diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub!!!!!!!!!!

Lovely House with Breathtaking View

We enjoyed our stay very much. It would be difficult without a car but we had one so we enjoyed daily trips to nearby towns and beaches. The pool is nice but it is not heated so in October you have to be motivated. The house is well equipped and comfortable. We would love to return.

Villa Lilly Podgora

This is probably the best Villa in this area. The views are stunning and the villa has a great layout with everything you would need to enjoy your stay. A car is advisable as there is no supermarket within easy walking. The owner is approachable and helpful. Podgora has a harbour for boat excursions and several beaches. The sea is clear with designated swimming areas. Lots of places to visit and a nearby National Park Biokovo .

Spacious, Modern

Staying at this gorgeous villa was wonderful! The scenery alone was breath taking. Overlooking the alluring Adriatic Sea, this modern feeling home was a place I would definitely stay at in the future. It was spacious with three bedrooms which easily accommodated my large family. We enjoyed afternoon barbecues on the patio. In the evening my husband and I sat on the balcony and just soaked up the beautiful mountain and sea views! While very private, it is perfect for children and adults. Thank you Villa Lilly for an awesome experience!! Looking forward to a return visit!

Very spacious property with everything you need available. Views are spectacular too. You definitely need a car to get anywhere but there's a fantastic little restaurant 2 minutes drive and a supermarket 5 mins drive. The owners were great, prompt and our deposit was returned quickly. Beautiful villa in a beautiful part of the country. Drive to quieter beaches if you go in July and August!

Perfect place to stay

Fantastic place with a breathtaking view from the terrace and pool. We were 6 adults spending 1 week at this amazing house. Will love to come back one day. There is a nice outdoor grill and the house is in good shape with a new kitchen. The house, garden and pool area looks just as nice in real life as in the pictures. It was very clean and tidy, lavander flowers everywhere and the house is equiped with everything you need. The owner is a very nice and helpful man. Makarska can offer so many different things. The nature is spectacuar, and I will recommend the restaurant Veza in Gornji Tucepi 2 km from villa and Konoba Ranč in Tučepi. We will be back !

Awsome holiday

The pictures don't really do it justice, you need to experience it for yourself. It was immaculately finished, clean and the grounds well maintained. The living area opened up with walk out window/doors to the pool. There are 3 bedrooms with a double bed in each. All have their own full bathrooms. In the master bedroom there is also a full tub . We arrived in the afternoon, and Leon greeted us. He provided us with keys, and answered any questions we may have had Podgora is a wonderful town, located about 10 minutes from Makarska .You will still find that many people speak at least a little English, and are very friendly. There are many lovely restaurants located 5 min drive. If you are planning a stay here, which is highly recommended, I would also recommend renting a car. While you are within a 30 minute walk (maybe more, we didn't do it) to the beach, the walk back is uphill. You must go into Split and have a cold beverage in the middle of Diocletian's Palace. A breath taking drive along the coast is also recommended. Whether you plan on taking in the sites, or relaxing by the pool, this villa is the perfect retreat. The view is breathtaking, the pool is refreshing,. I would certainly recommend this property to everyone. Thank you for a great experience in Croatia. I cannot wait to return.
