Great place

Everything was great. My only issue was figuring out how to check in. I reached out and did not get a response. Luckily I ran into the caretaker of the property and he guided me in the right direction. Just make sure you get clear directions before arriving. Other than that, great stay!

My dream vacation

This trip was planned as a birthday getaway. I didn’t know that it would turn out to be my dream vacation. I purchased so many items for the stay and soon as I walked in the door I noticed I really didn’t need a thing. I can not describe how beautiful the cabin was. Never expected the cabin to be so spacious. It is located on a farm so you see the animals out of your windows. I had a picnic in from of the cabin and it was so quiet and beautiful. Even the animals are super friendly. I took so many pictures because the scenery was so awesome. The host is very friendly and had the room very clean. There is a ton of things to do in the town but you might just fall in love with the cabin and want to stay inside. I definitely will love to come back and stay longer .

We absolutely loved everything about the property and cottage! We’ve struggled to find "Our Spot" in this area… no need to look further! THIS IS THE PLACE FOR US!!! Great communication and everything we needed!!!

Quick get away - couldn't be better

We were looking for a quick get away with our family - a change of scenery during the pandemic. We wanted a relaxed place where we could spend time and enjoy being with each other. This cabin is on a horse farm, and our children loved seeing the horses, and the pony. What a lovely setting. The manager, Mike, was very friendly and went out of his way to talk with us and tell is about the property, and horses. We had an excellent experience.

We truly enjoyed staying at this Cabin its very cute, homey, and inviting. Its is much nicer than what I thought it would be judging from the pictures online. Anita is very friendly and helpful!

Cannot recommend

The owner and cleaning lady was very nice and accommodating. Sadly, the cabin had not been cleaned and not maintained very well. I will not list details, but will not be renting this property again.

Very clean and safe

Off the road a ways so your boat and other property is safe. Cabin is very clean. Owners respond quick and seem very nice. Overall excellent experience all around.

Beyond amazing stay soul replenishing!!!

Words can’t articulate how my stay at Anita’s one in a billion ranch was to help me refocus after deep replenishment for my soul!! The horses were beautiful, the swans that landed in the little pond were magical to hear very morning plus the turtles were plentiful the property was beyond my comprehension as to how amazing it would effect me for the good!!! She is a class act surprisingly a city girl from Miami who moved to what has become my favorite place on earth after my extensive travels through 45 states!! North Alabama is beyond words to do it justice as the people are so friendly every where you go from Thai Sushi place with Catelin who reminds me of my niece or the nice people in the Publix that are all smiles to make a CA boy feel welcomed like a life long neighbor!! Great location just out of town yet so close you can get any where in a blink! I almost hate to say nice things as my favorite cabins will only be harder to book when I want to return as I will through the years!! The dog next store swam in the pond and was so nice I wanted to adopt him being a dog nut and the cabin was adorable beyond words! Please stay away from my cabin and out of my new favorite town where I will spend time in my retirement years as better as the best kept secret in the universe! All kidding aside if you want to get away to heal from whatever the stress of life has done to your soul or your health I can guarantee you that this magical place will help heal you in a way that few places on earth can possibly do!! The lake is the best bass fishing lake in America as rated number one by far and after my first day of fishing I know why! Again stay away from lake and don’t poison the area unless you have a goood soul that will appreciate it as the place deserves then by all means welcome to town I hope it effects you just a bit as much as it did me is all I can say!! If you go for a walk through the camp grounds across the street as the big white dog does daily for treats be sure to stop to say hello to Boomer, goat and the other nicest people on earth at the camp ground down the way you will be glad you did!! May God bless your journey and may you see the beauty of North Alabama as I had the pleasure to one weekend when I was here for work that turned out to be life changing for me in a profound way I can’t explain appropriately!!! Life is short enjoy the journey with friends, family and the people you love and do it now!!! Mike:)

Perfect weekend getaway

Great place for an overnight stay for a fishing trip to Lake Guntersville. Felt safe leaving our boat parked, very private and secure! Will definitely stay here again!

We got there and a loose dog jumped on car, scratching it. A man wandering the grounds was with him and called him away. We finally got inside and discovered the toilet had almost no water in tank and didn’t flush. Called and texted owner for next two hours before giving up and going to hotel. Worst VRBO experience ever. Deserve refund

Nice, quiet, and secure place to stay

Place was clean and Anita was very accommodating. We were able to park our boat outside the cabin with all our gear and not have to worry about any unwanted activity.

Great lil get away for 2

GPS did not get up there (Close, tho), travel 1/4 mile past the GPS & on the left is a beautiful horse farm, along the winding gravel drive is a lake, horses, a totem pole, then you drive thru the horse stables & to the left are 2 cabins. PERFECT for 2 or 2 & a little one. The cabin is decorated in ranch history. the shower's water pressure is amazing! the screened porch with ceiling fan is great to have coffee & watch & listen to the birds or have a 'cold' beverage in the evening listening to the bull frogs. We had a great time there! Very nice people in town too! - Thanks & We'll be back - especially if the Hydro Boat races are there again!!
