Saint-Martin-de-Ré, in the heart of the historic district, a beautiful, charming house

Located in the heart of St Martin de Ré, this beautiful 1870 Rhaetian house has been completely renovated with noble materials: old terracotta tiles with cabochons, ceiling woodwork of more than 200 years, large old fireplace...
On the first floor you will find a large living room with a piano, with a double exposure, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a shower "back from the beach" and a small garage where you can bring your bicycles in. At your disposal: a washing machine, dryer, and a freezer.
The house benefits from a very pretty flowered patio, with an exotic wood terrace.

Upstairs, there are four bedrooms, three of which have an en-suite bathroom.
One of the bedrooms benefits from full light from a workshop bay overlooking the patio.

Family holiday

We had a wonderful stay at La Martinoise Patio. Ideally located within a short walk of all the shops and restaurants and beautiful port of St Martin. We hired bikes which we could store at the property and were easily able to access all the bike paths to tour the island. The house was lovely-clean, spacious and very well equipped. Our hosts were accessible and welcoming and gave us lots of advice on the area. I would stay here again.

We had a lovely, covid isolated, socially distanced stay here for Christmas. The owner responded very quickly which allowed us to reserve at the last minute. We hope to return to Ile de Ré, and we would definitely rent this house again. Thank you.

Semaine idyllique
