We welcome you in 30 square meters studio on frequent location, just outside city walls with view on Revelin fortress...
The space
The apartment features great view over the Old town walls and Old port of Dubrovnik.
Studio is fully air conditioned and has free Wi-Fi connection.There is double bed in bedroom and apartment is great for couples.
Kitchen is fully equipped and has fridge, fridge freezer, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, stove top, oven and all kitchen utensils.
Flat screen TV with satellite channels is in living room area.
Sea and city view...
Please, contact us if you need assistance with directions or airport shuttle.

The most attractive part of Dubrovnik is just a few minutes walking distances to the Old City and the Walls.
Ploče is and represents the eastern entrance to the Old City with its wooden drawbridge which in history used to be raised at the night for the protection of the city.
Most of the luxurious and well-known hotels (Excelsior, Argentina, Villa Dubrovnik) are situated in this area as well as two of the most beautiful beaches: Banje beach and St. Jacob with their spectacular view of the Old City, Walls, and Old Port.
Not to forget the famous cable car which can lead you up to hill Srđ to enjoy the panoramic view of Old City, Adriatic Sea, and in the afternoon stunning sunsets. There is also a restaurant up there so you can enjoy your view with a cup of coffee, a glass of wine, or good Mediterranean cuisine.

Glorious residence!

Amazing stay while in Dubrovnik! The Airbnb is conveniently located next to the Ploča Gate and has a partial view of the harbor! FYI - Goo gle's walking instructions from Pile Gate instruct people to traverse the stairs up the hill, but you can walk through the old city and exit from Ploca which only has a slight incline to the apartment.

Everything you could want staying just outside the city wall near Ploce Gate.

Fantastic location near the Ploce Gate of the old Town and overlooking the Old Town Wall and Port. Views of the wall from all 3 windows. Restaurants 1-2’ away and a huge choice in the Old Toen 2-5’ walk away. Nice little kitchenette, washing line, air conditioning, iron and ironing board. Full kitchen cupboards and nice glasses and cups. Excellent instructions Access was slightly complicated but extremely well-communicated with pictures.

- Amazing view from our room - possibly the best view we have ever had, overlooking the city walls and looking through to harbour. - Kitchen well stocked with hobs, cutlery and pans. Microwave and small grill. We were able to cook meals here easily! - Spacious room and bathroom. - Check-in was done via messaging owner online upon arrival in Dubrovnik, very quick and straightforward with directions to apartment and all necessary info. - Superb location: less than 5 min walk into centre of Old Town! So easy to get to and from Old Town.

Wir (ein Paar) haben die Unterkunft für einen Kurzaufenthalt gebucht. Die Nähe zur Altstadt ist perfekt für Erkundungen zu Fuss. Der Weg zum Appartement führt über das Treppenhaus, über das ebenfalls das Gepäck transportiert werden muss. Frühstück war ok, Lieferung erfolgte über einen Lieferservice.

Não gostamos do prédio. Não nos sentimos seguras. Não tinha na descrição que o apartamento era no prédio com acesso compartilhado e com muitas escadas. A limpeza era ruim. O ar condicionado velho e barulhento . A localização perto da entrada da cidade antiga era boa.
