Ploce apartment

Great location, near bus stop and supermarket. Short walk to Banje beach we loved everything about the place. One suggestion to thebowners would be to provide a toaster or sandwich press for the convenience of the guests

Bon séjour

L'emplacement est bien, au calme. Quelques marches à monter. Nous vous conseillons d'arriver par le haut de la rue, il y a moins de marches à descendre avec les valises. Vous trouverez aussi une supérette en haut de la rue, et le point de départ pour le bus vers l'aéroport.Il manque un peu d'équipement, comme un plaid pour le lit, une cafetière, ou un grille pain pour les français ;-). Mais sinon, le logement est agréable, la terrasse au calme aussi.

First time in Dubrovnik!

The apartment was perfect for our needs very clean, modern, had everything we needed. good location, short walk into town access to town via steps or slope. Steps to apartment (steps everywhere in Dubrovnik) we only stayed a few nights so it was a perfect base for exploring Dubrovnik and the surrounding areas, would recommend.

Wonderful apartment!

This place is just great! Very clean, quiet, close to the beach and Old Town, and a market above and below the complex! Lidia was super friendly, meeting me with the keys, and helping me to settle in on checkin! I stated here for 10 days and loved every minute! Do not hesitate to stay at Suncana 7!

Wonderful 10 days in Dubrovnik

The apartment is ideal if you are looking for convenience. It is 10 minutes walk from the Airport Shuttle Bus Stop. It is two minutes walk from a local convenience store. The lovely Banje Beach is five minutes away and the old city walls are just a short walking distance. The flat itself is very comfortable with its own balcony. The owner is also very friendly and accommodating. So much to recommend.

A brilliant apartment with ideal location

We really enjoyed our stay this week in Dubrovnik. The apartment was exactly as described and the location was perfect for the old town and Banje Beach. Be warned - there are a lot of steps! The apartment was a little tricky to find at first.. but worth it.

Lovely neighbourhood

A very smart, modern apartment .We sacrificed a view for the price we paid. We started every morning with coffee at Bikers Caffe just across the road, next to a supermarket. Although there were hundreds of steps everywhere, the apartment was accessible by the main road.

Loved it!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this cute little apartment. Everything was there that we needed and we loved the convenient location - so close to everything! We’d recommend a small couch and coffee table for a seating area and soap for the shower to make it perfect. Thank you!

Great Location

This is a great place to stay. Very convenient to walk to the Old City. Grocery store right across the street. Only criticism is there is no view of the Adriatic.

Wonderful apartment in superb position

I had excellent communication with Lidia throughout the booking & build up to our stay in Dubrovnik. She met us when we arrived & gave us a tour of the apartment & explained everything we needed to know & wanted to ask. We would definitely love to return to Dubrovnik & stay at Lidia's apartment again.

Schöne kleine Wohnung, die zentral liegt

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles hat problemlos funktioniert. Ein Fahrer hat uns, wie versprochen, vom Flughafen abgeholt und zur Unterkunft gefahren, in der Lidia uns schon erwartete. Man muss wirklich gut zu Fuß sein, da viele Stufen hinunter in die Altstadt führen. Man gewöhnt sich aber schnell daran. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was wir brauchten und schön war auch, dass 100 m entfernt ein schöner Supermarkt ist. Dubrovnik ist wunderschön und wir haben die Tage unglaublich genossen.

Perfect Apartment

Thank you for a lovely holiday. The apartment is in a great location, a short walk to the old town - down a few flights of stairs and then about a 10 minute walk with sea views to the old town. A supermarket is within a few minutes walk. We also took an excursion to Montenegro and the pick-up point was a 5 minute walk from the apartment. It really is a great location, just be ready for the stairs (which are all over Dubrovnik anyway). The apartment itself is very comfortable and you can just see the sea from the balcony!
