Enjoyed yet another stay!

Only saw one cleaning issue. The first bedroom to left has really dirty air vent the restroom area at the ceiling. I believe it's an air intake vent

The condo was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and the best-stocked beach rental kitchen we’ve experienced. The beautiful view, uncrowded beach and pool, wonderful beach chair attendant, and friendly staff made for a fantastic vacation.Guests traveling with someone who has mobility limitations should note that the toilet seats are quite low and the bed is very high. My mobility-impaired mom needed a makeshift step to get in and out of the bed safely, so consider these factors before booking.We would absolutely recommend this condo\!

Excellent condo, very clean, well stocked with kitchen/cooking items. We had a great time and even saw dolphins from balcony! The property was exactly as depicted online. We have stayed at several condos in Phoenix IX and this was one of the best!

So clean and everything exactly like it was listed. Amazing views. Right on the beach. Felt like we were staying at home! The only complaint is the TV system is a little outdated.

Great Family Vacation Spot

My family and i had the best week in this condo! It has everything you need even an ice maker for your cooler to take down to the beach every day! The view from the balcony is great! The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The place was clean and the owner was responsive to anything we needed and any questions we had! We would definitely stay here again!
