Comfortable lovely studio apartment in the very center of Lenno: here in Lenno you will find everything you need for a perfect holiday and this apartment is the right place to stay, with its bright open-space offering a comfy double bedroom, modern full equipped kitchen, dining corner, modern bathroom with shower, spacious closet, Satellite TV and DVD player, a nice sitting room in the "veranda". This apartment also offers a private parking space for 1 car.
In the same building we rent other 2 apartments, both 2-bedroom apartment, if you wish to come with friends or big family, please enquire for more information.
Ideally located to reach all highlights on Lake Como: the boat stop and bus stop are just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment and enable you to visit all attractions in this beautiful area. Stroll down to the center with its cafes along the lake including the best Gelato in lake Como, restaurants and small shops, grocery and supermarket, everything reachable on foot. The beautiful man made sandy beach in Lido di Lenno is just 5 minutes ‘walk from the apartment, there you can spend unforgettable days with your children or go for dinner in a unique atmosphere. The public free beach it’s also only 2 minutes away from the apartment and offers a relaxing garden where you can lay in the sun or reach the water for a swim, bar/cafè is right in the same place. Bank and post office at walking distance. Market-day every Tuesday, one step from the apartment, to enjoy a typical atmosphere. Right here in Lenno you will have the possibility to visit Villa Balbianello and its wonderful garden, Villa Carlotta is reachable in 5 minutes ‘drive or by boat, Bellagio and Varenna are also very close and you will enjoy a pleasant boat trip to reach them, Menaggio is just 10 minutes by Car from here, Como about 30 minutes and you can reach them by boat, fast-boat or bus. The scenery walk called “Green Way del Lago” crosses Lenno and you can start from here this leisurely and pleasant hike through ancient villages, churches, villas and gardens, by breathtaking views.

We will be glad to assist you giving you advice on the best way to visit lake Como area, giving you our suggestions on how to go around, good restaurants, beautiful hiking, etc. Please feel free to ask any time.

Cleaning fee 85 € to be paid cash upon arrival
City Tax: 3 € per day per person above 11 years (you pay the first 7 nights)
If you stay less than 5 nights, we might ask for a small charge and price will not be exactly calculated as per night
Check in from 4 pm to 6:30 pm (preferable) - Check out within 10 am.

Lovely Lenno stay

A lovely little flat on a fantastic location. Ambra was the most amazing host. She is warm, friendly, so helpful and has a wealth of local knowledge. The apartment was v clean and has everything that you need. We will be back.

Great apartment and amazing host

We hat a lovely stay in Lenno. The apartment is in an ideal location and has everything you need in close walking distance. Ambra is also super nice and offers you many tips and ideas for trips. She also takes care of restaurant reservations for you. The apartment was really clean and the kitchen also offers everything you need. Our trip was amazing and so were Ambra and the appartment. We will definitely come back!

We had a great stay at Lenno. The lake and ferry are in walking distance. Nice local restaurants and supermarket as well. The apartment is clean and has all amenities needed. It’s directly at a street so you hear cars driving by but if you are sensitive just bring some earplugs and it’s all good. Ambra our host was very friendly and gave us a lot of recommendations and made reservations for us as well. Great stay and fair price!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung La sweet war perfekt. Der Check-In hat wunderbar geklappt, da Ambra mit uns Deutsch gesprochen und uns über die gesamte Region und Ausflugsziele berichtet hat. Die Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich sowie ausreichend ausgestattet. Der Weg zum See und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten war kurz, meist nur 5-10 Minuten.

Kurze Wege zum Baden, nach Menaggio, Como oder per Schiff ans andere Ufer. Von Lenno aus lässt sich die Region bestens erkunden. Ambra war stets erreichbar und hat alles sehr zuverlässig organisiert.

C'était vraiment super !

Pour avoir séjourné ici 1 semaine, tout était au top ! L'accueil, la communication avec l'host, qui était très gentille, et le logement qui était vraiment qualitatif ! Sans oublier la localisation très bien placée proche du centre du village de Lenno et très proche du Lac de Come. Je recommande !

Eine wunderschöne Woche

Wir wurden von Ambra ganz liebevoll empfangen. In der Wohnung hat es an nichts gefehlt und Ambra war immer sehr hilfsbereit. Location, location, location

Madame Ambra est très accueillante. L'endroit est très propre et bien équipé pour ceux qui aime cuisiner. La situation géographique est exceptionnelle. Vraiment près de tout. L'épicerie est à 7 minutes à pied. Le bateau taxi pour les villes le long du lac de Côme est à peine à 15 minutes à pied. Sentier pour la marche (Greenway). Merci Ambra pour un beau séjour.

Beau studio

Le séjour cher Ambra a été agréable. Le studio est très bien aménagé,très propre et très bien situé : à 5mn à pied du bord du lac avec un promenade au bord de l'eau très agréable. Par contre, le studio est au rez-de-chaussée en bordures d'une route passante même de nuit..Ça Ambra ne peut rien y changer.. Si vous voulez, Ambra a des appartements avec des chambres apparemment au calme.

Unvergesslicher Urlaub in herzlicher Atmosphäre

Wir haben vier sehr schöne Tage am Comersee verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben während unseres Aufenthaltes viele tolle Tipps und Hilfe der Gastgeberin bekommen. Vielen Dank!

Schönes Appartement in toller Lage

Schönes, kleines Appartement, sehr gepflegt, geschmackvoll und komplett eingerichtet. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge. Bushaltestelle, Schiffsanleger und nette Lokale in unmittelbarer Nähe. Abgesehen von sehr hohen Endreinigungskosten gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilft, wo sie kann. Habe mich daher sehr wohlgefühlt.

Le séjour s'est très bien passé. Ambra est une hôte très accueillante et chaleureuse. Elle vous donnera de très bon conseils pour visiter le lac et ses alentours. Au petits soins avec nous. L'appartement est très bien situé, à 2 min de l'arrêt de bus C10 et à 5 min du ferry.

Super netjes en schoon, En vriendelijk.

Let me introduce myself, my name is Ambra and I live in this family-house with my family ever since: it's me, my husband Claudio, my mum Candida, my son Ivan and my daughter in law Ilaria. I am retired, I used to be a secretary in a big logistic firm and I always loved to deal with people and get to know new cultures. I love travelling, cooking and I really love talking with people and spend time with my family and friends. I dicided to rent my renovated apartment hoping that the antmosphere I created in it will help people enjoying even more the beauty of Lake Como. We are so lucky living in such a beautiful place! This apartment is right in the center of Lenno, Tremezzina. It is the perfect location to go around and visit lake Como attractions. The main square and the lake promenade are just a stone's throw away, groceries and supermarket, bar and restaurants, bus stop and boat stop are also reachable in a few minutes' walking. We renovated it with love and we hope you will spend here an unforgettable holiday!
