Very clean throughout. Host very helpful and organised despite language barrier. Kitchen well equipped and outside space and views over the bay sublime - like a screen saver with boats sailing around etc. Maristella - the nearest village had a shop and a restaurant. Lots of beaches about but you had to drive to them.Great for hikers, cyclists. Property good but let down by sofa which was cushions on concrete and new matresses needed. Lovely garden area and wild boar trotting past several evenings. Flavia and her colleague friendly, on hand if needed and supportive.

Tranquility in Sardinia

This property is well appointed, especially for those who, like us, enjoy shopping for, sampling, and cooking local food delicacies. In terms of ambience, the setting and view from the veranda made for a serene and relaxing holiday. The house is located just a 10-minute walk to the lighthouse in one direction, an even shorter walk to a park trail, and a 15-minute drive to the promenade, restaurants, and shopping/provisoning at Alghero -- very convenient.Our hosts were punctual, warm, and welcoming. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything in the house was working perfectly. The location Is amazing, in front of the beautiful Sardinian sea and next to a National Park. We hope to go back next year.

A wonderful hideaway for complete Relaxation!!

This home has everything you need including gorgeous views of the sea, air conditioning in each room, WiFi, fully stocked & operational kitchen, always a great breeze out on the large patio. The property is completely enclosed by a fence on a very quiet street. We loved it for the peace and quiet!! The location is just perfect as it's only a short drive to Alghero city center for shopping, dinner, walking around and busier beaches if you want. The owner and manager are both super sweet and accommodating. It was the most relaxing vacation we've had!!

Great views, lovely terrace to spend your evenings

We really enjoyed our stay in this villa. We had a few hick ups at the start but they were solved very quickly by our contact person as the owner only speaks Italian. The terrace with sea view is the best feature and will not disappoint you!

Very easy process to book and check-in and out. Villa is lovely and location great with National Park outside the back gate . You need a car to access best beaches and restaurants

Wonderful apartment with perfect location

We stayed at Flavia's Villa and were delighted with our choice. This house is really well located and close to all the attractions that Porto Conte and Alghero has to offer.....lovely little beaches, great restaurants, nice bars and of course the wonderful architecture of the old town. The apartment itself is really nice and clean and has adequate cooking facilities. The bed was one of the most comfortable that I have slept in while on holiday with lovely crisp sheets. The terrace is huge and has beautiful sea views. Overall we had a great time in Alghero and if ever back there we would hope to stay at Flavia's again.

Sehr schöne Lage, ein gutes Haus für max 6 Personen Nordlage am Meer

Wir verbrachten zu viert eine wunderschöne Zeit im Herbst auf Sardinien und im Haus. Es ist zu beachten, dass das Haus eine Nordlage hat und sich keineswegs unmittelbar am Meer befindet, es trennen 2 Strassen. Leider gibt es auch keine Badebucht in unmitelbarer Nähe. Und, man ist auf ein Auto angewiesen, denn auf den Strassen zu laufen bietet sich keineswegs an.

Tolle Lage und geschmackvolle Einrichtung.

Der sehr freundliche Empfang nach unkomplizierter telefonischer Absprache zur Übergabe war schon ein idealer Urlaubsauftakt. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, angenehme Betten und die tolle Ausicht haben einen den Urlaub genießen lassen. Klimaanlage funktionierte bestens. Ein paar Auflagen für die Liegen wären nicht schlecht, dafür gab es aber Sonnenschirme für den Strand. In Fußweite ein schönes Restaurant am Yachthafen mit leckerem Essen zu akzeptablen Preisen. Für Filterkaffeeliebhaber: Entweder Kaffeemaschine oder wenigstens Filteraufsatz und Filter mitbringen. Das gab es nämlich weder in der Wohnung noch zu kaufen. Dafür einige traditionelle Espressomaschinen. Eine Glaskanne für Tee könnte man auch zusätzlich gebrauchen.

Superbe villa avec vue sur la baie des Nymphes

Belle villa proche de la mer et en bon état général. Superbe vue mer. Accueil très chaleureux. Néanmoins il faut un véhicule pour atteindre une plage de sable. Climatisation uniquement dans le salon. Beau séjour !

le top de cette villa est la vue et la terrasse magnifique. (mais déco des chambres à revoir pour une maison vraiment au top) par contre contrairement à l'avis ci-dessous nous n'avons pas eu droit à aux petits gâteaux ni au vin ni aux bouteilles d'eau fraîches à l'arrivée ... :-( la décoration est une peu à l'ancienne (photos des chambres conformes) dommage car la maison est belle. Toutefois la déco est compensée par la très belle terrasse et la vue encore une fois magnifique - L'endroit est paisible, et bien située

Porte conte Villa Flavia

De vakantie woning was zoals de opgave aangaf,geheel goed verzorgd en schoon, handoeken beddegoed was van goede kwaliteit en ruim voldoende. De eigenaren hadden heel bedachtzaam een mand gevuld met wijn en lokale lekkernijnen neergezet ook hadden zij flessen met water in de koeling klaargezet. Wij zouden zeker iedereen aanraden om deze woning te boeken. Porte Conte ligt rustig aan een baai met een haven waar Club/Restaurant Embarcadero op nog 300 meter van de woning ligt, fantastisch gegeten en lekker gelounchd. Het nabij gelegen strand Lazeretto was een genot om te verblijfen. Het dichtbij gelegen Algehro is een gezellige stad waar het in de avonduren ontspannne vertier bied.
