Can Malalt is a vast property of 90,000 sqm (22 acres) located at just 3.5 km from Ibiza town. It comprises two different buildings (main house and guest house) that can host large groups of people. We count with 6 bedrooms all with private bathroom. The house has also 8 bathrooms and 3 living rooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning (or heating if you plan to come off season!)

Being near Ibiza is key when you plan to do many things in the island, whether it's going to the fabulous beaches or enjoying its famous night life. At the same time, if you plan to relax and do pretty much nothing, our house is perfect for that: large dining area with BBQ, an exterior kitchen and a fridge near you, so beers and wine are not too far away ;). There's a beautiful swimming pool with sun beds, hammocks and sun umbrellas. All surrounded by an incredible garden of lavenders, ancient olive trees and a beautiful pine tree that provides a comfortable shade in the summer.

But what this all would be without an excellent internet connection! Our house has optical fiber (1Gig) and a number of Wi-Fi devices that makes internet reachable in all rooms and also in the outdoor areas.

PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED AND RENTING OR BRINGING IN SOUND SYSTEMS IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.

Local law bans music and noises from 11pm to 10am. Please respect the coexistance with our few neighbors

The villa is incredoble. A little pocket of hwaven on earth. We had the most magical time there and couodnt uave asked for a better fonca. A real slice of ibiza. Great location and all correspondence was superb. Coeaners were very friendly and did great jobs. Would recpmmend this to anyone and would love to come back!

Unforgettable stay at Can Malat!

Our recent stay at Can Malalt in Ibiza was nothing short of spectacular & truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed & provided for during the entire stay. The villa itself blends traditional Ibizan charm with modern amenities seamlessly. Each room felt like a private sanctuary, beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The spacious living areas were perfect for relaxing together, and the indoor & outdoor kitchens were wonderfully equipped, making it a joy to prepare meals.The expansive outdoor sitting areas were comfortable & offered intimate opportunities to connect by the pool or under the pergola covered deck. The pool was amazing and warm.The location was ideal – secluded enough to offer complete privacy and peace, yet conveniently close to vibrant Ibiza town. This allowed us to easily explore the island's famous nightlife, charming restaurants, and shop. Although we did take Ubers or taxis out most nights (super easy to get to and from the property), we rented a van which was helpful during the day to explore the island.

A fantastic place

Enrique’s place is fantastic. We were a large mixed group of friends on holiday. There is a huge amount of space for a big group and all the rooms are a decent size with aircon. The pool and outdoor areas are awesome for spending the day in. Getting taxis can be a challenge so renting a car or two or organising transfers is a good idea. Although Uber is meant to be starting next season which could solve the issue. Enrique was very friendly and welcoming. He even picked up from a local supermarket on day 1 when our taxi didn’t turn up. Would highly recommend.

Amazing place

It was everything we hoped for. We stayed here with a group of friends and everyone had their own beautiful room with private bathroom. The best about the house is the outside area though, with a pool, a lounge, a large table, and an outside kitchen with barbecue. It's just perfect to have a good time together.

Perfect stay

The property is clean and lots of outdoor space to socialise. The location is near the old town and we didn’t have issues getting taxis. We had a very pleasant stay.
