Newly renovated and fully serviced boutique apartment with french balcony, 2 double bedrooms and 1 complete bathroom. Professional 30 minutes daily cleaning included from Monday through Saturday. The apartment sleeps 4 people with 4 individual beds that can be put together to make king size double beds.



The open plan living/dining/kitchen area provides ample space to relax and kick-back after a day in the city. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a homemade meal. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with heating in winter and comes with free wi-fi and smart tv.



Located in a safe neighborhood in the Eixample district only minutes walking from the historic center, Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia and the contempory art museum.



Parking and bus stop in front of the building and metro only two minutes away.

Lovely, clean apartment, well decorated and stocked. Beds were comfortable, bathroom adequate. Good location and loved being on a mostly pedestrian only street. If there was a dryer in the unit it would have been perfect!

If you look at the big things, the apartment was clean the host was good and generally pretty responsive when we had questions or needed information. In fact, we were quite surprised that they actually met us at the property when we checked in, which was very nice.The kitchen had some deficiencies which we brought up with the host. For example, the refrigerator was way too cold and some of the food we bought in there froze. The cooking catalyses were a bit limited, and that the pans were not very flat on the bottom and sort of rocked, and there was limited amount of Flexibility that we could do in terms of our cooking. In addition on our last two days there the dishwasher failed to work again. We reported those things, but they weren’t addressed before we left partly because of when I reported them.One thing that we were surprised about and did not realize from the pictures or the description, is that the bedrooms only had twin beds that were pushed next to each other. This is really surprising and something it’s meant to be a vacation property because you would think at least one of the rooms would have a bed that was a queen.We did like the neighbourhood which was very convenient and we could walk everywhere. And by everywhere I mean literally everywhere. We did take buses and subway a couple of times, but for the most part we could walk to the parts of the city that we wanted to go to without a problem and the neighbourhoods were safe.

The neighborhood of Sant Antoni is perfect. Away from crazy crowds and you felt like you were in a non touristy area. The management property was extremely helpful and responsive. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Nice Apartment in a Good Neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It's in a nice neighborhood with a good variety of shops and restaurants nearby. In the evening it is very quite which makes for a good nights sleep. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The check-in was a breeze and anytime we needed anything the host was more then happy to help out. The only item we struggled with during our stay is the position of the bathroom sink. It is positioned a little higher and further back then what you normally see. This makes it difficult for someone who is petite in size to use. Other then that its a great place to stay if your visiting Barcelona.

Great place to stay and great hosts

We had a great stay in this VRBO apartment. We stayed for 10 days and had all the amenities for laundry, Internet, occasional cooking as well as close proximity to groceries. The hosts were very helpful in helping us plan some of our day trips as well as responsive when the internet went out once. The location is great and we spent several days walking in every direction taking in the scenery, shopping, and tasting all the great cuisine. The entrance to the metro is just a block away so it was so easy to use to take us to further away places (including the train station). We did so much walking all over the place right from the apartment and had zero issues with this rental. It was very nice that they provided enough coffee pods go get us started and some complimentary treats on the table to snack on. There was also some basics in the pantry which were also nice. The area felt safe and there is so much to do and see that I could have easily stayed another 10 days! Thanks to Matteo and the team for an excellent verbo experience.

Very comfortable apartment

We really liked our stay there. The apartment was comfortable and spacious and had had all we needed. Matteo was very prompt and very nice. While this is not in the middle of all the touristy stuff, it is a short distance and better for experiencing a more authentic Barcellona.

Came to Spain for a Family wedding and sightseeing

Our apartment was just as stated. The property managers were excellent and willing to share their knowledge of Barcelona with us. Our party rented 3 apartments and we were all very happy with the accommodations. Stored our luggage until we were ready to leave Barcelona.

We stayed in Barcelona for three days, and it is the only VRBO property that I will really miss for several reasons. The first was the hospitality of Eduardo and Claudia. My luggage was misplaced and they were kind enough to have it delivered to their office so I could retrieve it. They went above and beyond with their assistance, recommendations, and ease of communication. The second was location. The neighborhood was great- close to the Metro and easy walking distance from central Barcelona. Lots of reasonable and good restaurants nearby. The third was the apartment itself. Very quiet, clean and everything you would need ( including an elevator). If you are a VRBO fan ( like us) and traveling to Barcelona, I would highly recommend this property.

Great location

The hosts were easy to communicate with. They made check in easy and smooth. The apartment is clean and the location is excellent. You can get around the city easily with the L2 train close by. We highly recommend this apartment!

Everything I wanted from travel in one city. All within access from one apartment.

Completely adequate to cook our own meals with ingredients from local fresh markets. We used their bikes to get around the city utilizing the bike lane infrastructure. Walking distance to everything including restaurants, beach, shopping, cultural sites. Incredible city.
