Chymaen - Magnificent coastal home with Sea Views

Summary:

This oasis has been newly built and has the most amazing views of the Cornish Coast, Marazion, St. Michael's Mount and Penzance. This highly finished three bed/ three and a half bath has uninterrupted views of the coast. With accommodation all on one level - perfect for all ages and it's dog friendly! Great coastal walkways and beaches near by - this is a house and location that you'll want to return to year after year. For those driving electric cars, we have a charger at the house!



The Space:

This house has been finished to a very high specification and the views are simply second to none. The house has a lovely outdoor space with a built in BBQ and patio as well as a summer house - all uninterrupted views of the coast and St. Michael's Mount.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house, summerhouse, patio and parking area.



The Neighborhood:

Marazion is on of the crown jewels of Cornwall. The house is a short walk into town which hosts amazing restaurants, beaches, sailing activities, shops and Artist studios. The closest pub is a 3 minute walk. The House is perfectly located for access to local attractions. Large grocery stores are a 5 minute drive to Penzance where you are spoiled for choice!



Getting Around:

Driving to Marazion is very easy. There is also a bus service around the south coast and trains to Penzance provide easy access to Marazion. We suggest having a car during your holiday to make the most of the local attractions and various beaches on the south and north coasts. These can be rented from the local Penzance train station for ease. The Southwest Coastal path runs in front of the house and the beach walks are wonderful - and not as crazy busy as the North Coast.



Other Things to Note:

There is a small garden for you to enjoy, however the lovely cornish hedge is open in places so not secure to leave dogs in during the day.

Everything was beautiful, house well equipped for inhouse eating, clean to perfection, great location to visit multiple places of interest in southern Cornwall. Lack of lectrical outlets near a mirror was difficult for hair styling. No skid mat in showers would be helpful for older visitors as would a grab bar near the toilet-again only significant for those with mobility issues. A topnotch vrbo!

We stayed at the Chymaen house during July 25 with my daughter and parents and we all throughly enjoyed our stay. The house has all the essentials including children’s cutlery and bath toys which my daughter loved playing with. The house is a 15 mins walk/5 mins drive to St Michael’s mount, which we could also see from the living room and watched the sunset every night. It’s a spacious home and perfect location for key attractions. I would recommend doing a food delivery in preparation for your visit as there isn’t a supermarket nearby unless you drive. We ended up visiting St Ives for dinner which also is only about 25 mins away. Clear communication from the host as well. Lovely stay and would highly recommend. Thank you!

The View!

What a stunning property. Modern and finished to the highest of standards. Clean, Tidy and everything that you need for an extended stay. We stayed for 5 nights, 3 adults and our 2 Schnauzers. We toured around Cornwall during the day and it was a pleasure to come back every evening and enjoy the weather and the view of St Michael's Mount from outside and the sofa inside. Property is very close to town, pubs and places to eat. Would love to return one day. thanks you Kathleen for having us. Gemma

Lovely house with a fantastic view

Lovely modern house with en-suite in all 3 bedrooms. All furnishings in the property are lovely .Great location just a 10 minute stroll to the beech & restaurants / bars. Also within 150 metres of a small quaint pub , Which also serves decent pub grub if desired . But most of all what a view of st Michaels mount !!!! . Really enjoyed our stay and I’m sure we will return .

Excellent way to see in the New Year

Very pleased with everything about this house - it is beautifully decorated and appointed with great attention to detail - the living area is superb with fantastic views of the ocean and St Michaels Mount - the bedrooms and bathrooms are first class. Beautiful home, great location

This home is very tastefully presented and has all you need for a perfect stay. We spent Christmas here and the owner was kind enough to decorate a tree for us. The views are fabulous and you are a very short walk from the village. I would definitely pick this property again if I return, as my family and I are looking to relocate in a few years. In fact if they ever wish to sell then I want it!

Stunning views of Mounts Bay and St. Michael's Mount from the marvellous patio area and lounges. Immaculate contemporary house with every home comfort. Well suitable for two families. Great location within short walking distance of the Marazion ammenities.

Easily the best UK stay we've had!

The property is nothing short of amazing! No expenses spared on any of the little touches. Everything is super clean, beds are comfortable and there isn't anything you'd need to bring yourself. I've never stayed in such a well equipped home, from home! The location is stunning and the views from the property are the best! We arrived to cream teas and fresh flowers, which were lovely!
