Parc Beanは、西部のコーンウォール州のユニークな環境の中で、豪華な自炊式の宿泊施設を提供しています。 家はコーンウォール海岸を見下ろす絶好のロケーションにあり、息を呑む海と海岸の景色を眺めています。 Parc Beanは、リザード半島の先端に位置し、牧歌的な場所です。

暖かくフレンドリーな雰囲気、オープンプランのリビング、広大な窓からのパノラマの景色。

プロパティは、スカイテレビ、Wi - Fi、DVDプレーヤーと木製のバーナーが装備されています。

ビーチへは2分ほど歩いています（ノンスイミングビーチですが、歩くのはすばらしく、犬は親切で、シールを見つけることができ、鯨を見たことさえあります）。 美しい散歩と息を呑むような景色を眺めながら、両方向の沿岸道。非常に子供に優しい安全な水泳のビーチに車で5分20分歩いてください。 5分以内に素敵なパブは素晴らしい食べ物で歩いています。 15分のドライブと美しいPorthleven港、リックスタインを含むショップやレストランへの素晴らしい景色と崖の道を渡って45分美しい散歩。

The house is an absolutely amazing location and view. The master has 180 view's of the bay and starry night at night. The upstairs bedrooms were all cheery and the linens and towels were nice and abundant with robes on our beds at arrival. The kitchen and laundry have nice, updated appliances and were super spacious. The family room was super comfortable and had amazing views of sunset. The house had plenty of games and some beach toys for our children. The location on the coastal path and the quiet seclusion is hard to beat! The town nearby is very charming and not too touristy. Perfect city escape in the summer.

The house is unique, and the location could not be any better if you like the sea and the beach, and peace and quiet. We had a great holiday.

Parc Bean is in a stunning location! From every window there was a terrific view. My sister, me and our families including our dogs really enjoyed our stay there. And Georgina was right, whatever the weather the views from the house are outstanding. The welcome pack was very generous, thank you and flowers too! A beautiful home and we'd love to go back. The coastal path in both directions was great for exploring. The local pub sold delicious food and only 5 minutes walk away. Lovely memories!

Special Place

To be able to walk down a deserted beach at 10 am on a Sunday morning , to be able to sit in the garden and hear nothing but the soft sounds of the ocean and to be able to step out of the front gate and walk the coastal path for as many miles as you want is an increasingly rare and wonderful experience .And all that with a super pub a short walk inland . The house has an atmosphere that is calming but of course if one needs a break from the serenity St Michaels Mount ,Carbis Bay (South Ken on Sea ) and many other lovely places and 20 to 40 minutes drive away . We were sad to leave this very special house

Absolutely gorgeous!

Such a wonderful, picturesque and quiet spot. Cannot fault this lovely house and the ever changing views of the ocean from the large windows - we had a great week. All the beds were super comfy and clean. On arrival the owner had provided us with more than ample provisions in the pantry and the fridge, which were greatly appreciated. We have no hesitation in highly recommending a stay in Parc Bean.

Wonderful

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful house. Stunning views from every window and magical to watch the seals from the patio. The beach is great and never busy, the dog loved it. The house is really comfortable and very well equipped. The welcome hamper was a lovely added bonus and very well received. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us, would love to come back

Beautiful vacation home

This house is so lovely and welcoming, and the location is absolutely amazing! The views are fabulous and there are great coastal walks close by--the South West Coast Path runs right by the property. It was the perfect spot for us (married couple and 16-year-old son) for a week away. And our dogs absolutely loved it--nice lush garden for comfy naps with the sea breeze blowing in their ears. :) (Property is fully fenced with closeable car gate.) We enjoyed a really lovely Easter week in this gorgeous home and would happily return.

Perfect in every way

This home and location is above and beyond beautiful, nestled on the hillside, surrounded by flowers and looking out on the expansive ocean. We couldn’t believe our luck to have found such a magical place in the world. We spent afternoons laying on a blanket in the beautiful gardens. Looking out at the ocean watching the seals bobbing along. Oh and the sunsets are breathtaking. If you need a break from the crazy world, if you want true peace this is the place to stay. We loved every moment and will definitely be back next year for a longer stay. Georgina and her family went above and beyond to help us, they were fantastic and made us feel so cared for. Thank you Georgina for everything you did to make our stay so special. We are very grateful to you and your family.

Stunning house and location. Perfect for relaxing

We loved our stay at the house. Such a beautiful part of the country and the views from the house are breathtaking. Love that you are not surrounded by anyone else. Great walks from the house and places to explore. The owner is quick to respond and provide assistance. It is great that it had a baby cot, high chair, bbq and everything you need in the kitchen. Can't wait to go back !!

Wonderful house, incredible holiday!

We had an absolutely fantastic first visit to Parc Bean! So many holiday homes don’t match up to photos you see on their websites, but no photos could ever do this house justice. A beautiful house with STUNNING views. I could go on but the way to best explain how we felt about Parc Bean and the adjoining cove is to say that within an hour of returning home, we booked our next stay! We can’t wait to go back!

Peace and tranquility

We booked Parc Bean due to its location and we were not disappointed at all, from the moment we arrived we felt relaxed, listening to the sea and seeing how it changes without any interruption was breathtaking. We were lucky to see seals too and our dog loved her morning walks on the beach before exploring the local coastlines. This was a special trip to celebrate my dads love of Cornwall and Parc Bean allowed us to create new memories that will live with us forever, this is a unique magical home that made us all smile, thank you.

View to die for

Very welcoming house with those WOW views! Incredible location, easy access to so many places & daily walks on the cliff path/beach. Close to a good pub too. Well equipped with fantastic comfortable beds (not always the case!) Plenty of room for our large family to spread out, & a dog-proof garden. We couldn’t have wanted more (except maybe a few slightly larger towels!!) Higy recommend.

Fantastic house!

The location of this place is extraordinary. Views of the sea from most of the windows and the sound of the waves to go to sleep to. The Cornish weather wasn’t the best but staying in was still enjoyable. We even got to see dolphins and a seal from the window. The house really has the feel of a family home and was very welcoming. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and a dog. The dog rated the beach 10/10! We had some wonderful food in Porthleven too.- The Harbourside Refuge , Kota and Kota Kai.

The property (Parc Bean) is just plain Stunning! The location is private, open and yet secure. The grandkids (4 & 6) loved playing in the well-maintained yard and playing on the nearby pebble beach. The upstairs master bedroom looks out over the ocean and down the beach and the cove. The kitchen worked well for the 6 of us. The furniture was inviting and comfortable. The only issue I had with this property is that we planned to visit many of the amazing nearby sites. The house is so completely enjoyable, with the beach and the ocean side hiking we ended up just staying "home" for 4 of our 7 days. this really is a Home away from Home.

WOW!!!! Simply breathtaking

I could not recommend this property high enough, simply one of the best weeks holiday we've ever had. A stunning property with extremely thoughtful professional owners, at 1 point even calling us in the middle of Storm Ebert to check we were Ok!! Communication prior to arrive was also faultless. Parc Bean is immaculate inside and out, with sumptuous furnishings and high end luxury toiletries. The main living area was extremely well equipped with a brand new TV which included Netflix & Amazon accounts pre-loaded (My kids loved this). The Kitchen had every appliance you could wish for and there was a washing machine and tumble dryer in the garage, which came in handy. There were more than enough Bathrooms all including lovely White Company toiletries and towels which was a great touch and all bedrooms were similarly luxuriously decorated. A little tip, if you are travelling as part of a group, make sure you arrive early to bag the main bedroom which enjoys fantastic beach and sea views. The pictures do not do this house justice it is fabulous!! The only downside is that my wife and kids now demand that we maintain these levels of luxury for future holidays.

Magical location and beautiful house

This property is stunning. The location has to be seen to be believed. Panoramic, uninterrupted sea views with the most spectacular sunsets. The house is very spacious and well maintained. The beds are comfortable and there are ample bathrooms. Communication with the owners was easy and they are so friendly and helpful. The beach is on your doorstep and very quiet.
