Quiet, private slice of heaven!

We stayed in this beautiful villa for a week in August - and would happily have stayed much longer had it not been already booked. We had the most restful, happy holiday. The villa is even better than it seems in the pictures. Spacious, very well maintained, and equipped with everything we could have wanted. It was perfectly private and quiet and, looking out over seemingly endless tree tops, the only sound was the breeze in the branches and bird song. It is located in a very well-designed and maintained development of similar houses about 15 minutes inland from Comporta (AMAZINGLY beautiful beaches!) - pretty much at the mid-way point to the pretty town of Alcacer. It enjoys the use of the communal tennis courts and a small restaurant (where you can also order fresh bread for breakfast) - but it would be perfectly possible to see nobody and do nothing. We would definitely recommend this villa to others seeking a calm, restful holiday.

Hemos estado una semana en esta casa maravillosa. Recomendamos totalmente la estancia. Las fotos reflejan fielmente la realidad y el trato con la propietaria ha sido exquisito.

Havre de paix

Villa très agréable dans un magnifique cadre très calme et apaisant au milieu de la pinède sans vis à vis ni proximité immédiate. Accueil sympathique à la réception, service de changement de serviettes et draps 2 fois par semaine très appréciable. La piscine est très propre. La villa est très spacieuse, bien aménagée ( peut-être prévoir un réassort de verres à pied et petites cuillères 😉). Le couchage à l’étage souffre davantage de la chaleur et le ventilateur mis à disposition un peu bruyant ! Prévoir de l’anti moustique, ils sont très nombreux dès la fin de la journée…

Magnifique maison en manque d’équipements

Superbe maison vue sur une forêt de pin et le lac , situation magique, aucun vis à vis, loin des autres maisons, au calme, et une vue magnifique !! Sécurité +++ Seul point noir: ménage très approximatif à notre arrivée, un équipement vraiment pas à la hauteur par rapport à ce genre de prestation.

Não tendo sido a primeira vez que fomos de férias para a herdade , conseguimos mais uma vez ficar surpreendidos com a beleza do local. Sem dúvida um dos locais mais bonitos do país para passar férias em família . Nada falta : comodidade, privacidade e ótima localização. A repetir sem dúvida!

Gran casa

La casa es tal y como aparece en la descripción. Muy bien situada dentro de Montalvo, con vistas estupendas al lago y no tienes vecinos cerca o al menos no se ven. La comunicación con Celia muy buena. Contesta a cualquier duda y solucionó rápidamente un par de problemas menores que detectamos al entrar. Igualmente en recepción te atienden fenomenal y resuelven cualquier tema. Muchas gracias y esperamos volver otro año.

Já conhecemos bem a casa, o empreendimento e a região, onde passamos um período de férias, desde 2006. Villa é óptima e bem situada. A gestão é cuidada e profissional. Nota negativa apenas para algo difícil de controlar: a praga de moscas que invadiu a região e perturbam o descanso dos hóspedes. Especialmente na área do jardim e piscina.

Séjour à Comporta

Grande maison avec des espaces pour chacun et des pièces de vie confortables. Dommage que la chambre à l'étage ne soit pas fermée pour être séparée de l'espace billard. L'espace piscine mériterait aussi d'être clôturé pour la sécurité des enfants. La présence massive de mouches la journée et moustiques le soir ont peu permis de profiter des extérieurs.

Merci de votre commentaire. Malheureusement la fim de Mai dernier on a até supris par la décision du concessionaire de terminer le contract et la gestion est en train de trouver un autre, ce qui n'est pas arrivé jusqu'a maintenant. En tout cas, il'a une énorme offre de très bons restaurants et supermarchés proches qu'on suggère aux hôtes. Mes sincères excuses.

Cara Maria Guerreiro, mais uma vez lamento o sucedido com a limpeza de saída que, apesar de estar a cumprir o horário de saída estipulado, podia ter demonstrado alguma flexibilidade face ao vosso pedido. Espero que, apesar deste incidente, tenham desfrutado de umas boas férias e que voltem noutra oportunidade.

Rigeligt med plads til 6 voksne i et forholdsvis nyt hus. Eneste anke var problemer med opvaskemaskine og lidt mange fluer

Vivenda muito agradável

A vivenda, decorada com muito bom gosto e muito espaçosa, está totalmente equipada e tem todas as comodidades necessárias para umas férias agradáveis. A 10 minutos da praia e numa zona muito calma é sem dúvida uma excelente opção para umas férias em família ou com amigos.

Vacaciones muy agradables

La vivienda era espaciosa y muy bien preparada. Fuímos 8 adultos y dos niños pequeños y la verdad es que nos encontramos muy a gusto. Fue de agradecer el aparato que tenía la casa para hacer frente a los mosquitos, al estar la casa cerca de un lago. El recibimiento y el trato por parte de la dueña y de los trabajadores de la urbanización fue de agradecer, siempre estaban dispuestos a resolver cualquier problema. Repetiría la estancia.
