Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed garden with patio are with table and chairs, summerhouse and lawn area. Primrose Cottage is a wonderful retreat to enjoy with your loved ones. Note: The property will only accept a maximum of 5 guests from 29th April 2022

Town: Situated on the north coast of the county of Norfolk and just 4 miles away from Wells-next-the-Sea is the small village of Stiffkey. The village plays host to one country’s richest saltmarshes for wildlife and is within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, making a great base for bird-watchers and walkers alike. Within the village, you will find a pub and a small store with a cafe, however Wells-next-the-Sea is very close by and offers a large selection of amenities and a glorious beach.
