In keeping with the age of the property, there are some low ceilings.

A sunny room with comfortable seating, wood burning stove, television with Freeview and access to Netflix. There is a dining table in the window with seating for four.

Fully fitted with handmade units, equipped with electric cooker, slimline dishwasher, microwave and a fridge with freezer compartment.

With further storage space and washing machine.

Double bedroom
Overlooking the front of the cottage, this sunny bedroom enjoys lovely views across the Stiffkey valley, and has both a wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Twin bedroom
With two 3" single beds and a small wardrobe. A travel cot is available.
Bathroom
With shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.

Outside:

To the rear of the cottage there is a courtyard, from here there is access through to a lovely private, sheltered and fully enclosed landscaped courtyard garden, made up of both lawn and shingle, with table and chairs.
There is off road parking for one small car (first come, first served with neighbours) with further parking available roadside on Greenway Lane.
A neighbouring cottage has a right of way through the rear courtyard that leads to the garden but this will not affect your enjoyment of the cottage.
