Come and live on the most beautiful Avenue in the world!!! Charming apartment with one bedroom and a large living room with two sofa beds that can accommodate up to 6 people. Large fully equipped kitchen and beautiful mosaic bathroom. In a beautiful secure building in the middle of the Avenue des Champs Elysées, on the 7th floor with elevator overlooking the courtyard. Perfect for a short stay in Paris.

The apartment has been designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Large living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful dining table. A large living room with television and two sofa beds. And a nice bedroom with a comfortable bed. The bathroom, all in mosaic, with bathtub and washing machine. An unforgettable stay awaits you.

The kitchen was basic. There is a cooktop, microwave, 2 types of coffee makers - drip style and nespresso, an electric kettle and basic dishware and pots and pans. Very large refrigerator. Only thing missing would be a toaster oven for basic reheating/toasting/cooking.

Great location, and despite being on ave Champs Élysées, it was very quiet which was great for sleeping. We travelled with two children and the space great as the children each had their own pullout futon, and we had the bedroom. Small attention to detail would take the space from good to great. For example, the kitchen was a bit rundown, as was the bathroom,a better ironing table, matching sheets at one point we did have to go to purchase our own toilet paper. But overall, the space was great and the value was definitely worth it. I would recommend it to a family who was travelling to Paris for a week like us and wanted a great location good value and good space to share.

This property is average but in a great location for the metro.The pictures advertised are better than what you actually get. The woman greeting us at check in was clearly in a rush. She quickly showed us the place and made a few comments which I felt was unprofessional. One where she showed us the kitchen and said well you’re not going to cook (not sure how you can assume that). There wasn’t a lot of cooking utensils to begin with and there wasn’t even a microwave to use. The other was how long she has to wait because we were late getting there. We just got off of a ten plus hour flight with a layover and was told at CDG that our metro ticket would work all the way to Champs Élysées. This wasn’t the case and we ended up getting a cab halfway through. I’m sure it’s due to the fact that this was our first time using the metros in France and that we were all jet lagged. This was not worth the price we paid for in my opinion.

Appartement ne correspondant pas à l'annonce

Logement pour 6 personnes sur l'annonce. Convient pour 2.... mais on a bien été relogé par Abritel. Mais ca perturbe les vacances de devoir déménager au cours du séjour et de devoir traverser une partie de Paris avec ses valises alors qu'on a prévu autre chose
