➡ Party Policy : No party organization allowed. Significant fees will be applied in case of non-compliance with this rule. In the event of complaints from neighbors or the police, tenants will be asked to leave the premises immediately, without the possibility of refund. The security deposit will be retained. Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. Thank you.

➡ Identity Verification : An ID matching the reservation name will be requested and copied on our phone to prevent fraud.

➡ Children and Babies : Limited to 1 baby (under two years old) free of charge. If you have multiple babies, they must be added as "children."

➡ The apartment is located on the first floor, above a music bar.

➡ The sofa bed is prepared only upon request or automatically for groups exceeding 4.

Arrival Day and Supplements :
Check-ins are generally between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and check-outs are before 11:00 AM.
Supplements for late arrivals :
- Between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM: €30 surcharge.
- After 10:00 PM: €50 surcharge.
- No entry is possible after 11:00 PM.

Departure Day : Final cleaning is included. We simply ask you to leave the accommodation in a suitable condition, ensuring that you wash the dishes and dispose of all your waste. Thank you.

The host was very welcoming. Met us in time and walked us through everything. The apartment is so central to the Metro. Supermarkets, Restaurants, Markets, all within walking distance.

Fabulous apartment! Super close to the metro and lots of restaurants. Was a bit loud on Fri and Sat night from the bar downstairs, but didn’t bother us at all. We were so exhausted from touring all day and the beds were soooooo comfortable that we all slept great every night. Would stay here again!

Host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Check in was easy and host allowed us to drop bags early. Location is perfect as it's right at a metro stop so travel around the city was a breeze. Apartment is as shown in photos.

Superbe appartement, bien situé. Plusieurs petites rues aux alentours pour manger, un Monoprix à proximité et le métro littéralement à quelques pas. Yohann est un très bon hôte et il répond rapidement aux questions. En ce qui a trait aux bruits selon certains commentaires, ce n’est pas la fin du monde, lorsque tu habites en ville. Bref, nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir lors de notre séjour à Paris.

Fantastic stay! The location was excellent, the apartment was so charming and spacious, the beds comfortable and the hosts were incredibly helpful and kind. Catching a car out front was a breeze and the innumerable restaurants, stores and cafes a few steps from the apartment all lent themselves to a wonderful experience for us.

Great location, comfortable and welcoming

Wonderful place. The two bedroom flat is exactly as described. The place was clean, roomy, and had all the amenities throughout. The beds were comfortable and the shower worked very well with plenty of hot water for a family of four that has two older teens. The kitchen was great will plenty of supplies, we cooked 1 meal every day of our stay. Washing machine was very handy, it’s small but does the trick. Noise was not a problem for our Sunday to Thursday booking. Don’t hesitate to book this property.

The perfect stay

The Blue House was the perfect Parisian stay. The apartment was exactly what we were hoping for in an old building, on a beautiful street and very central to markets, restaurants and the metro. Mickael and Yohann were extremely helpful and made our first stay in Paris one to remember!

Trip with our adult son

I cannot say enough good things about this property. The pictures do not do justice to how charming and spacious it is. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was modern and well appointed. Right outside your door are wonderful restaurants, bakeries, shops and a metro stop. The check-in process was smooth and Mickael was so gracious and helpful in settling us in at the property and giving us tips for the area. Communication with Yohan was swift and easy. We would DEFINITELY rent this apartment again.

Great location and spacious place

This is a great apartment for Paris! Right next to the metro. Lots of space. Would definitely stay again. Only wish we had been told about the renovations in the hall as the fumes were not pleasant.

Mickal was very helpful with check-in. It was a lovely apartment and SO close to the metro. That was wonderful! The shower was lovely and much appreciated after a long day of sight seeing. I recommend the apartment.

grand appartement, très bien placé, près de deux bouches de métro, quartier calme et sécurisant. les lits sont très confortables, ainsi que le canapé lit. grande table dans le salon. tout est parfait ! le bar musical n’est pas gênant du tout. sans hésiter je recommande cet appartement !

Excelente ubicación y gran departamento.

Estuve 1 semana con mi esposa y mis 3 hijos ( 9, 7 y 5 años) y la pasamos muy bien. La ubicación es muy buena, el departamento está en excelentes condiciones y equipado al 100%! Sin duda regresaremos!

Great location and value

Everything was smooth and as-advertised. Lots of day-to-day essentials provided and Monoprix was a few steps away for anything else we needed. Neighborhood was right in the center of shops and restaurants. We felt very safe in a secured building. The water pressure in the shower was awesome, but there is a large step up to the shower that could be difficult for someone less agile. Biggest drawbacks was the late night noise from the bar underneath the unit. Was quite loud from the larger bedroom but apparently not from the smaller bedroom. On the other hand, the larger bedroom had great wifi reception and the smaller bedroom didn't get any wifi so my teenager had to be in the living room to get wifi. As the parent of an introvert, I considered that a plus. :-)

Lovely apartment but loud bar downstairs

We stayed at the apartment for 6 nights. Everything about this apartment was great - hosts were communicative and helpful, the location of the apartment is great (Monoprix being super close was very convenient) BUT trying to go to sleep before 2 am was impossible because of the music from the bar downstairs. We tried earplugs and white noise apps and it was still impossible to get any sleep before 2 am which was frustrating. The bar is open every night except Sundays and from 10 pm - 2 am, the music is so loud you feel like you're in the bathroom of a nightclub.
