Beautiful Townhouse!Loved our stay here, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and modern bathrooms.Outside spaces are wonderful too - especially the roof top terrace. Great communication from Mark and also Emma. We’ve stayed at this complex many times over the last 10 years and this townhouse is by far our favourite! Will return for sure.

Perfect, as always.This home from home has been our destination for a number of years. The location, pool and the house itself is everything we need for a wonderful stay in Carvoeiro. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean.

WOW! Fantastic quality with excellent outdoor space.

The house was fantastic. All the furniture, appliances and contents are top quality. It feels like a home not just a holiday let. The outdoor space is a real highlight. There is a terrace off the kitchen overlooking the pool which gets the evening sun. However our favourite place was the rooftop terrace. This has lovely panoramic sea views and always shade somewhere if needed. We had a few windy days but the glass screen worked as a windbreak so it was always pleasant to sit up there. It has sun loungers as well as a very comfy outdoor sofa. The large pool is communal, but it was never busy. There are plenty of loungers available. It is a short walk down into town. It is on a hill so might not suit those with mobility issues but the views are worth the climb. We were met at the property and all the essentials were explained. Some welcome basics were also included, wine bread milk etc. Cannot fault this house in any way. Really enjoyed the stay and we hope to be back again.

Fantastic accommodation and location

The property is exactly as described and superbly furnished. Great and quick communication with Mark, property owner and Emma who manages locally. The furnishings were very luxurious and the pool area was very spacious. The property is up the hill from the centre and extremely quiet yet very easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay again if in the area.

Perfect Home Base in the Algarve

We enjoyed a month at Casa Peixe Durado in beautiful Carvoeiro. We had our brother and sister in law join us for 10 days. We enjoyed all the Algarve had to offer and also travelled to Lisbon and Seville during our stay. The townhouse has very clean large bedrooms upstairs and a lovely open kitchen and gathering area downstairs. The rooftop space is brilliant and we made use of the built in charcoal BBQ. Easy parking just outside the door. We would happily return!

Another great stay,

It's the second time we've stayed in this apartment and it's even better than the first! Bathrooms and been revamped and the rooftop terrace has also had a makeover. (My favourite part of it) Everything about it is perfect, everything you need for a family holiday. 2 mins walk into town (slightly longer back up the hill after too many superbocks!) Would recommend to anyone.

Winter Escape

Casa Peixe is a wonderful property. We stayed there for 5 weeks, end of Feb and all of March. Esther and Mark have done a beautiful job of renovating their place. The kitchen has the latest appliances and is very well equipped. The roof deck and furnishings are amazing. We highly recommend Casa Peixe.

Absolutely superb property. Will stay here again and again

Couldn't fault a thing with this property. Perfect for our needs. Mark agreed to the management agency buying a fan for the bedroom so I wouldn't need the aircon. They repaired a blocked kitchen sink within a day. Honestly can't fault a thing. The overall standard of the villa was superb. Just loved it x

Fantastic Townhouse Rental

This townhouse is so clean and luxuriously furnished, with all the equipment you would only normally find in a “home from home”. It is also so efficiently managed by the always helpful and attentive managers, Emma and Mike.

The perfect accommodation and more

Faultless, one of the best properties we have stayed in. Mike was fantastic, the welcome pack was really appreciated and the accommodation had everything we needed and more. Perfect for families, spotlessly clean and the decor was beautiful. Can't wait to come back here again.

Great place to stay in a fantastic location!

We stayed at this property for a long weekend in May for our wedding anniversary and I have to say we had a wonderful time, Mike was amazing, helpful and friendly with some great tips on where to eat and helped us sort our covid tests out for travelling home, house was gorgeous, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed with the added bonus of filtered fridge water! The photos of this place don't do it justice it was so much better in the flesh! We will be back again as soon as we can! Thank you 😊

Alojamiento con encanto

Hemos pasado una semana en casa Branca y ha sido perfecta. La casa muy cuidada, decorada con mucho detalle, con todo lo imprescindible y muy limpia. La comunicación con Mark, Mike y Emma muy fluida. El recibimiento muy agradable. La recomiendo 100% y nosotros seguro que volveremos.

Lovely Holiday House with some room for improvement

The house is spacious, nicely decorated and generally well equipped. Everything appears as advertised. The pool area is lovely and the roof top terrace offers great views over Carvoeiro, which we really liked as base for an Algarve holiday. Nevertheless for a top class appartment (with top class prices), some things need improvement: One bed matress has a whole in it, this definetily needs to be changed. The kitchen front comes off at several places. The entrance door to the pool area did not always work properly, so one needed to improvise. And almost every 2nd day, gardening or construction workers being noisy from 7 or 8 AM on. Once those things mentioned will be improved, this house is definetily recommendable, without those improvements, it does not fully fulfill top class standard for top class pricing.

View from On High

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Casa Branca. It was spotlessly clean, lovely large fully equipped kitchen and open concept living area. Roof to Terrace provides expansive views of the village and ocean. The only drawback was the very steep climb to reach the villa. It became easier after several times walking it. We highly recommend this property. Bring woolly socks as the floors are cold in February.

Outstanding property :

This is a high quality modern town house in Carvoeiro which is centrally located in the Algarve. There is a large patio on the top with a beautiful 360 degree view. An access to a swimming pool in the front of the unit is also available. If you expect to visit this beautiful area of Portugal, this property should certainly be considered. JC Roy & D Levesque

Wunderschönes townhouse in Carvoeiro

Wir konnten in dem Townhouse von Scott einen wunderschönen Urlaub genießen. Das Haus liegt oberhalb der Altstadt von Carvoeiro mit tollem Blick über die Stadt und aufs Meer von der Dachterasse aus. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und enthielt alles notwendige. Der sehr schöne Pool spendete Abkühlung an heißen Tagen. Die Stadt, der Strand und sehr viele gute Restaurants waren fußläufig erreichbar. Zur Erkundung der schönen Umgebung und den weiteren Urlaubsorten der Algarve ist ein Mietwagen ein muss, den man sehr günstig direkt ab Flughafen mieten kann (Vorabbuchung aus Deutschland ist empfehlendswert).

This property brings holiday letting to a new level.

We are just home after renting this property last week. It is immaculate and has a really high spec. Dealing with Scott and Kylie (owners) was pain free. No query went unanswered and responses were received within 30 mins. Also Mike and Emma (property managers) were great and were there to met us on our arrival to show us around. Again nothing was too much trouble for them. The welcome pack was greatly appreciated and a nice touch. We absolutely loved the villa and the use of the pool - which we practically had to ourselves - was brilliant. It is plain to see this property is really well looked after. I am so glad we found it on the website. Our airport transfers were arranged through Scott and Kylie and the cost was actually cheaper than booking them ourselves. This is our first experience of booking a villa and it was stress free at every step. We can't wait to go back.
