Modern and comfortably furnished holiday home with a small pool, which can be heated if necessary, in the idyllic Istrian town of Pićan. It is located in a typical Istrian street at the top of the city from where there is a beautiful view of the green surroundings. . The house was renovated in 2020 in a quiet and secluded place that offers guests an ideal place for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. It is fully equipped and offers a high level of comfort. The house is fully air conditioned. The ground floor consists of a living room that has access to a terrace with pool and deck chairs. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, while on the third floor there are two bedrooms with bathroom. In the beautifully landscaped yard there is garden furniture, barbecue area and two parking spaces. Spend unforgettable moments with your family in magical Istria.

Best Vacation for my friend and myself!

House 10/10 Location 10/10 Hospitality 10/10 The House is very clean and big, the design is very beautiful. The House owners were very hospital and helpful, if you need anything. For example, they prepared fire for the griller. They are very nice and friendly people, we talked a lot with them and had a lot of fun. It is very central so you can drive to many places and you need the same amount of time. The scenery is very nice and the old buildings/streets are beautiful so you can take a lot of good photos. We had the best Holiday in Croatia! 10/10 will book again!

lovely location and hospitality

We enjoyed every minute of our stay in the small, quite and historical village of Pican. From here you can reach various locations like Rovinj, Rabac beach or Pula easily. The old town house is gorgeous, very clean, offers all comforts and renovation is done outstanding and authentically. We enjoyed the pool, private patio and the barbecue grill for which the host prepares the log fire in particular. The hospitality is outstanding and we spend entertaining time at the host private wine cellar drinking self made malvasia white wine. My wife loves figs and tomatoes which the host offers to us plentiful from his garden. Thank you for hosting us and allowing us to have a very much relaxing vacation.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Dieses Haus hat alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit, sollte den höchsten Ansprüchen genügen. Da es ein Neubau ist, befindet sich alles in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Die Beschreibung ist auch sehr zutreffend.Das Haus befindet sich in einem kleinen, süßen Dorf. Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich, offen, bemüht und immer als Ansprechpartner gegenwärtig. Sie hatten immer einen guten Tip parat. Wir hatten selten so einen schönen Urlaub, es passte einfach alles.
