Lovely house, great location

Really enjoyed our stay, house well equipped, beds very comfy. Considering the age and history of the house, all mod cons available. Furniture and decorations good quality and in keeping with age of the house. Great location for town centre and travelling further into Yorkshire Dales. Lots of steps and spiral staircase so maybe no suitable for anyone with mobility problems, but would definitely recommend for adults and older children.

Short stay at frenchgate

We really enjoyed our stay at 33 Frenchgate. Ideally situated right in the centre of Richmond it is very accessible to local shops , pubs and restaurants. It is also very close to the dales where there is loads of walks ideal for all ages. The accommodation is second to none as it is very well set out with lots of space for everyone. We especially liked the way that the bedrooms and bathrooms were set out . Nick and Diane were the perfect hosts always available if you needed help or advice. Would definitely go there again and would definitely recommend people try it out..
