Boasting some of the best beaches in Cornwall, Newquay is undoubtedly one of the most famous towns in Cornwall, offering visitors panoramic views of the Atlantic and some fantastic coastal scenery. With no shortage of things to do in this vibrant seaside town, it's the ideal spot to spend a holiday with family or friends, and the luxury apartment at 4 The Vista makes a wonderful base from which to enjoy the area.

Set on the Pentire Peninsula, this property capitalises on its desirable position, with sweeping views over the headland and out to sea. A spacious open plan design lends a bright and airy atmosphere to the lounge, kitchen and dining room, with huge French doors opening out on to the fabulous balcony. Two generously sized bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping for four, with the master bedroom having its own en-suite. There's a family bathroom with walk-in shower ensuring all guests have the space they need, while the modern, well-equipped kitchen makes home cooking and entertaining a breeze.

Enjoy relaxing evenings lounging on the large sofas in the living room, or discuss the day's plans over a cup of coffee on the balcony before heading to the beach for a day of rock pooling or sunbathing. The apartment is just a short distance from the coastal path as well as the Gannel Estuary so activity packed days of walking, canoeing, fishing or surfing are definitely the order of the day!

1 pet accepted: Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.

Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £250 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

Brilliant property

Lovely place, so close to the beach and town.. secure parking provided.. Apartment was clean and tidy, with everything you need for a short or long stay.

A Perfect Cornish Christmas

We couldn't have wished for a better location or accommodation for our first Christmas away from home. 4 The Vista is a beautiful luxury home from home, there's everything you could wish for to make your stay very easy, the kitchen is very well stocked, from 2 ovens to a coffee machine and an air fryer; there's even an iron & ironing board if you need them, the owner's have thought of everything. A big plus was being able to bring our Springer Spaniel, he loved walks straight from the apartment door to Fistral beach and along the coast path, all in easy walking distance. The large balcony with amazing views was such a luxury too. We had an issue with the freezer on arrival, but the owner's had a new freezer installed in less than 48 hours from our phone call, all just 2 days before Christmas, amazing service and care. Wouldn't hesitate staying here again, it made our Christmas special ☃️

Fabulous place to stay!

This is a beautiful, idyllic place to stay! The apartment has amazing views across to the beach (weather permitting!) & is ideally situated for the town too! It has 2 lovely & spacious bedrooms (one with a huge en-suite) & a very well-equipped kitchen with literally everything you could think of or want! It was also warm & cosy! The final touch was the thoughtful Christmas tree & decorations everywhere! Can’t wait to return!

Great stay in a lovely apartment

My wife and I had an excellent week at No4 the vista with our black Labrador Poppy. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything that we needed. Only slight downside was that the balcony faces north so was in shade practically all day but the marvellous view did make up for this.

Long weekend

Clean & tidy upon arrival. Has everything you need. Good location and a short walk/drive away from main attractions in the area. Only fault - intercom wasn’t working which resulted in our food shop not being able to be delivered (they rung the intercom but obviously we didn’t know it wasn’t working). This caused the first night/morning not to be so great but emailed this feedback and the host said they would sort ASAP for future guests.

Room with a view

Absolutely stunning views at this apartment. I’ve stayed at this property many times but in a different unit not with this view . The apartment is beautiful throughout . All modern and clean . Ideally placed for getting about Newquay and the surrounding area. Can’t fault anything, can’t wait to return .

Holiday at 4 The Vista Newquay

A week's stay at this well-appointed apartment gave us a relaxing break. It is very modern and well-equipped. Original correspondence for the booking quoted a check-out time of 10am, but within one week of arrival we were notified that check-out would be at 9am - very early. A notice on the rear of the entrance door stated that late departure would incur a charge. We believe that someone came to the apartment to check if we had departed before 9am. This tended to sour what was otherwise a very enjoyable stay.
