There is a kitchen, sitting room with electric fire and a sun room/dining room. Outside there is off-road parking for one car and a rear, enclosed garden with lawn, patio, furniture and a fire pit, shared with the owner.The owner does have a dog Molly's Bit is a lovely base for up to 3 adults wanting to explore the Cotswolds.Two well behaved pets are welcome.

Located in the Evenlode Valley and part of the Oxfordshire Way, the area is popular with walkers and outdoor enthusiasts. There is a traditional pub, a village green and a 12th century parish church. Stow-on-the-Wold, Chipping Norton and Bourton-on-the-Water are all within easy reach, while the university city of Oxford is just under an hour's drive.
