Coral Bay is a stylish and thoughtfully crafted two‑bedroom apartment at The Beach House, offering a wonderful sense of light, space and functionality. With its unique design features and high‑quality finishes, it provides an exceptional base for couples, families or longer stays.

Flexible, Comfortable Bedrooms
Coral Bay sleeps up to 4 guests and includes:

Bedroom One: super‑king bed or two single beds
Bedroom Two: comfortable double bedroom
Both rooms feature hotel‑quality beds, down and feather duvets, and fine Egyptian cotton linen for a restful night’s sleep.

Signature Open‑Plan Living with Oak Breakfast Bar
In keeping with the individuality of each Beach House apartment, Coral Bay features a striking 8‑foot solid oak breakfast bar, creating a stylish open‑plan division between the kitchen and lounge. Spotless Perfect location

My husband and I chose this property when visiting our son. It was perfect. Spotlessly clean, easy check in, and so close to all of the Eastbourne fun!

Overall very good. Only not so good points were that the glassware had not been cleaned well and that the bathroom ceiling lights did not work.

Conveniently located and homely apartment

It was a last minute booking and Donna couldn’t have been more helpful, replying to any messages quickly and making the booking stress free. Thank you so much :) The apartment was spacious, clean and tidy with all the home comforts, good internet and TV. Plenty of towels in each room as well as the bathroom (could have done with more loo rolls!) The beds were very comfortable and a good size. The apartment is a short walk from the train station and the beach so perfectly located also with some great restaurants nearby. The small downside was the stairs can be a bit noisy as they are metal so you can hear other guests but this wouldn’t put us off booking again. Thanks for a great stay
