The Beach House introduces a new and unique experience in short stay accommodation which we describe as ‘home living’. If the idea of a spacious apartment with all the comforts of home seems like a dream, then these ‘seaside themed’ apartments, carefully crafted specifically to the needs of the short stay guest with uncompromising attention to detail, will be sure to pleasantly surprised
The Beach House compromises of 5 bespoke and individual apartments. Seashell, Driftwood, Pebbles, Sandbanks and Coral Bay. They can be rented individually or together, perfect for larger family gatherings.
Sandbanks apartment is located on the first floor of The Beach House, with wonderful views to the South Downs and city centre and Juliette balcony
The apartment offers a large master bedroom with super king size bed which can be converted into two 3' foot single beds on requests. The 2nd bedroom is a delight to see with bespoke bunk beds, both with their own individual cabin lights!
The living dining area is spacious and decorated to a high specification with a 2 bespoke sofas, coffee tables and flat screen TV, dining table and 4 chairs. There is a family bathroom room with bath, separate shower enclosed. toilet and basin. As with all of the apartments at The Beach House the kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, including fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster and all the utensils you would need for your self-catering holiday. Sandbanks also has a spacious hallway with a hand-crafted hallway table perfect for taking breakfast
Table lamps, soft furnishings, crafted ornaments make Sandbanks a unique apartment in the heart of the town centre.
Sandbanks comes with a dedicated parking space in the secure gated area.
The ground floor apartment Seashells is a one bedroom apartment with its own private entrance, enclosed white washed patio for alfresco dining. Seashells can accommodate 3 guests, one double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area, shower room and spacious open plan living, dining & kitchen area.
Driftwood accommodates 4 guests in two bedrooms, the master bedroom can be made up as either super kingsize bed or 2 3' wide single beds, the 2nd bedroom offers bespoke seaside themed bunk beds, shower room and large open plan living dining & kitchen area.
Pebbles offers a large entrance hall, separate kitchen, bathroom with bath & shower, the master bedroom can be made up as either super kingsize bed or 2 3' wide single bed, the 2nd bedroom is UK size double bed.
Sandbanks apartment is located on the first floor of The Beach House. The kingsize bed can be made into 2 singles, the 2nd bedroom offers bespoke seaside themed bunk beds. The living dining room has a juliett balcony
Coral Bay is a 2 bed apartment with walk in shower and bath, in line with our desire to make each apartment at The Beach House different, Coral Bay features an 8' foot solid oak breakfast bar as an open plan division between the kitchen and lounge. Thus Coral Bay has a wonderful feeling of light, space, and functionality.
All five apartments have recently been completely refurbished, all appliances are brand new, hotel quality beds, down and feather duvets, and fine Egyptian cotton linen
Located on the seafront side of the Town Centre just 100 yards from the doors of The Beacon shopping centre (formerly The Arndale Centre) ,and within a 5 minute walk to Eastbourne Railway station and main bus hub, The Beach House is also only 500 yards from the beach, and the pier.
The Beach House is also only a five minute walk to the Devonshire Park Area, home to the Internationally acclaimed Towner Art Gallery, Devonshire Park Theatre, Congress Theatre, Winter Garden, and Devonshire Park Lawn Tennis Club. In the other direction, to the east, The Royal Hippodrome Theatre is also within a five minute walk. The Beach House is a privately owned secure gated complex, with a fully enclosed car park. Guests travelling by car and wishing to explore the local area benefit from a wealth of locations to suit a comprehensive range of interests. Eastbourne and the surrounding areas are served by a number of very well respected golf clubs, which are playable all year round due to the chalky structure of the South Downs.
