Comfortable stay for family

Great location that accommodated 7 people and our dog. Exactly 15 minutes walking to the beach which saves on parking. I recommend for families.

Beach stay

Granddaughters 9th birthday gift took a trip to the beach and shopping .She had fun the stay was good plenty of room for our party of 6.The neighborhood is nice was quiet.

Very nice house , needs some things done, esp the fridge, makes loud noise when you open it. Coffe maker doesn’t work and some electrical sockets need tended to. But my overall experience was nice..was way to hot to enjoy backyard.. that was the plan.. but we had a nice stay..

Beautiful home

We were a family of 6 who enjoyed a 4 night stay. We encountered an issue with the cleanliness of the home, unfortunately, and did have to spend our first day cleaning (management offered to send cleaners again, responsive, but it was easier for us to take care of it) After that blip it was great. About 0.8 mile walk to the beach, though we brought bikes-highly recommend. Neighborhood is beautiful. Lovely stay

Great location rough emergency line experience

The time my friends and I spent at the house on Hickman st keeper was overall really great. There was a plumbing issue that happened over night and we went from two bathrooms to one bathroom for 9 people. The emergency line was a struggle to deal with and we were stuck with some nasty bathroom conditions for about 12 hours. The plumber and cleaners were amazing when they arrived and we had no issues once that was addressed.

Week at the beach plus dog.

Location and accomidations as described. 3 main issues for us. Hall bathroom has no electrical outlet. Dining room ceiling light old enough burnt out light bulbs no longer available for replacement, kind of dark in there. And some instructions for the keyless door locks would have been nice. Had a great week, even the dog liked the house after the first day.

Complete mess

While the location of this property was great - the home itself was a complete mess when we arrived. A cleaning crew was only called once we called the rental agency to tell them that all surfaces were dirty, trash cans were full, the fridge had raw meat and cooked pasta dishes in it, the beds looked as if someone had just gotten out of them, there was a bloody paper towel in the master bathroom!! I would never book here again - when my mom called the agent Trevor to ask for some sort of refund he wouldn’t budge. Absolutely not acceptable for the amount of money we spent.

Needs cleaned and major updates. Please cover the BR windows

Home smells old, needs cleaned and updated. Not worth the money which I paid for the week. This home does not feel like a beach home; it feels like a fixer upper home. The bedroom windows need coverings of some sort. The bedroom pillows were stained from droll..disgusting. I had to buy new ones and a bunch of cleaning supplies. The management company was made aware of all the issues upon arrival and the following day, I just gave up. The community was very nice and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. This home has potential and should be offered once all renovations are complete. Although, there is never an excuse for a lack of cleanliness and having nothing covering the bedroom windows.

We certainly do not wish for a guest to have an experience like this. The rental units are individually owned and operated. These suggestions have been shared with the owner and several corrections are already in the works. The windows have been covered with blinds, thank you for that suggestion. great location for walking everywhere, pet friendly, home not clean and in disrepair

The best thing about this home was the downtown location, being pet friendly and the wifi. The home wasn't clean. The kitchen counters & cabinet shelves were dusty, the cooking utensils and dishes needed cleaned before using, there was a light bulb missing above the sink & the dishwasher was falling out of the cabinet every time the door was opened to load/unload dishes. There were limited cooking utensils, 1 mixing bowl (which we used as a wash basin because the sink couldn't be plugged to wash dishes), & no hot pads. All of the appliances worked well. The bedrooms were spacious, limited lighting in the hall bathroom, the closet door in the master bedroom needs repaired & the master bathroom's toilet needed plunged every 3-4 flushes. There were no curtains on any of the bedroom windows & only 1 bathroom mat for exiting the tub. The washer/dryer were convenient and worked well. The a/c worked well and kept the home cool and the back yard provided nice privacy. The driveway had enough room for 2 cars which was nice! The managing realtor was efficient and responded quickly to my concerns. She delivered a much needed plunger to the residence within the hour of my email & also had a gas grill delivered to the home. The original rental agreement listed a charcoal grill which wasn't on site, but the realtor responded to my concerns and had a gas grill delivered by our 3rd day. Again, the location can't be beat! We walked or biked everywhere and didn't have to drive or pay for parking. We'd consider returning to this property if the owner would make the above repairs/upgrades. Also, a screened in porch would be nice to be able to sit outside in the evenings!
