Inside, you'll find generous living spaces, including a comfortable living room and a cozy reading den, both offering peaceful views of Silver Lake. The first floor features a bedroom with access to a shared full bathroom, making it ideal for guests or multi-generational families.
Upstairs, the home offers a spacious primary suite with a private full bathroom, along with three additional bedrooms and a shared full bath, providing ample space for family and friends.
Enjoy warm summer evenings on the enclosed porch that opens to a wonderful screened-in area, perfect for dining, entertaining, or simply unwinding after a day at the beach. The home has been freshly painted throughout and features all-new flooring, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere.
Parking is available for two vehicles in the driveway, and the owner provides two on-street parking permits for added convenience.

Communication was not with the property owner but the realty company agent. He was great. Quick on email and very helpful House is very basic. Comfortable. Nice back screened room. Kitchen is small and somewhat dated. Biggest issue were ants. You can’t leave food anywhere Location is beautiful. Quiet cul de sac at end of one way lane. Lovely setting and very quiet It worked well for my family of seven for a 4-day stay

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that ants made an appearance during your stay. Due to our coastal location, occasional ants and other insects can be common, particularly during periods of heat and humidity. We work with a professional pest control company to routinely treat our properties, and when concerns are reported during a guest's stay, we promptly coordinate additional service as needed. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will ensure the home is inspected and treated again. We value your feedback and are committed to providing the best possible experience for our guests.

House was very nice and clean and in a great location walkable to the ocean and less than a mile from downtown Rehoboth. Plenty of kitchenware and small appliances are provided. House had good air conditioning, no issues staying cool. Our only critique is it would be nice if linens were included as it's an inconvenience to have to travel with or purchase/rent those items separately when on vacation. Basic soaps/toiletries included in the bathrooms would be a great addition as well. Overall a very nice property and a quiet location despite being so close to everything.
