Recht gut ausgestattete Wohnung, lediglich etwas alt was die Möbel angeht. Küche alles da was benötigt wird, auch Spülmaschine. Die Betten sind Ok, Matratzen recht neu aber die Lattenroste sind sehr alt und klapprig. Die Anlage im Algemeinen ist recht schön, und der Poolbereich wird täglich gereinigt. Zugang war rund um die Uhr möglich. Haben uns Wohl gefühlt und bei 4 Personen ist der Preis auch recht gut. Komunikation mit der Verwaltung der Wohnung sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar.

Apartamento perfecto para cuatro personas

El apartamentos perfecto para cuatro personas. Muy cómodo, limpio y bien equipado. La urbanización muy bonita y bien ubicada en primera linea de playa. Se aparca sin problema y hay supermercado a cinco minutos en coche. El host nos esperaba en la urbanización para darnos las llaves y enseñarnos el apartamento. El check-in on line un poco complicado. Hay que completar bien los formularios de todos los ocupantes y subir las fotos de los dnis. Por el contrario una vez hecho muy cómodo porque no hay que rellenar papeles ni acercarse a oficinas de la agencia.

Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles war sauber und in der Küche war der Kühlschrank, Backofen und Spülmaschine relativ neu. Eine neue Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Insgesamt entsprach die Wohnung genau den Bildern. Wunderschöner Blick von der Terrasse, beheizter Pool, sehr ruhig gelegen. Über die Uferpromenade waren zu beiden Seiten in kurzer Laufnähe Restaurants erreichbar. Gutes WLAN. Schlüsselübergabe und Einweisung erfolgte in der Wohnung, das Personal war über whatsapp jederzeit erreichbar. Die defekte Kaffekanne wurde umgehend ausgetauscht.

The view and outside space is very good

The view and outside space is very good. The flat really needs a refresh with a deco from the 70s and not worth the money compared to other Airbnb i did on the island. The internet was slow but the agency turned around the issue so quickly. I would rent again with this agency because they were amazing and super friendly. you were fantastic and great customer service. I hope to rent from you soon again! thank you.

Die Terrasse, der kleine Garten und der fantastische Blick haben uns am besten gefallen, Inneneinrichtung war ok, aber nichts Besonderes. Wir hatten allerdings das Glück, dass die Anlage während unseres Aufenthalts zu höchstens 10 Prozent belegt war. Direkt vor der Terrasse liegen nämlich der Pool (quasi unser Privatpool) und eine Snackbar, die geschlossen hatte - wenn man Ruhe sucht und die Anlage voll ist, wäre es wohl nicht der richtige Ort.
