Here is a nice atmosphere and the house is bright and inviting with a large window facing the water. The house is well furnished with a good layout. There is an entrance hall, a large living room that is connected to the kitchen and the dining area, which together form a large bright room with a sloping ceiling and a view of the sea. From here there is access to the house's lovely terrace. In addition, there are three good rooms and a large bathroom with both whirlpool and sauna. There is also a large wooden terrace that basically goes all the way around the house so the sun and views can be enjoyed all day. From the house it is only a few minutes walk to the wide, child-friendly beach and not least the popular Mommark Marina, which is completely undisturbed and idyllic with views of the Little Belt and the Baltic Sea. Here you will also find a cozy little cafe right down to the harbor and beach. Not for rent to youth groups.
