Villa Maïalen, located in the town of Soustons Plage is ideally located 5 minutes by bike from the ocean, the lake or the center of Vieux Boucau; Everything is done by bike (available free of charge) by the bike path that passes at the end of the house!
If you want to visit the allentours you are 15 minutes by car from Hossegor, 30 minutes from Bayonne, 45 minutes from Saint Jean de Luz.
Villa of 290 m2 with indoor and heated pool (April to September) of 8x4 m that can accommodate up to 16 people on wooded land of 5000 m². Ping-Pong table, bowling alley, beach volleyball court, mini football, French billiards, home cinema room, hammocks, sun loungers, terraces with wooden tables, benches, parasol.

- Large cellar with additional fridge and freezer, sink, washing machine and dryer.
- Living room with French billiard table

Mandatory cleaning fee for the end of stay to be paid on the house : 250 euros.

Loan of fifteen bikes of all sizes (repairs, damage or theft at the expense of the tenants.)

We are sorry not to take the groups of under 25 years. In order to preserve the tranquility of the neighborhood we do not allow parties.
