: New architect-designed home (Jan. 2021), a luxury property in the traditional Landes half-timbered style, built on a 2,000-square-meter estate with a forest of century-old oak trees in the prestigious Maa neighborhood in the heart of the Landes Forest, accommodating up to 15 people.

The entire house faces southwest toward a heated pool, secured by a submerged roller shutter.
La Maison de Maa, 220 m² and fully air-conditioned with individual room controls, offers exceptional comfort.
A living area of over 60 m² with 8-meter-wide floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the pool, a fully equipped open kitchen, a dining table, and a living room with a large television.

The 160 m² terrace features a pool house with a covered patio, an outdoor kitchen with a griddle, and a bar where you can enjoy all your meals throughout the day. A pétanque court, located near the bar, is available for your leisure time.Part of the garden has been left “wild” for peaceful photo opportunities close to nature… the property is fenced in the traditional Landes style with “ganivelle.” At the entrance to the house, there is a free “open-space” parking area for 6 cars.

The sleeping quarters of the house consist of:

* 3 suites with private entrances, pool views, each with its own bathroom, large walk-in shower, and toilet. Queen-size beds (160 x 200), tastefully decorated.

* 1 premium suite with a pool view, featuring a walk-in closet, bathroom, and separate toilet. Choice of one King-size bed (180 x 190) or two 90 x 190 beds.

* The Pigeonnier consists of a family room upstairs that sleeps 8, a bathroom with two walk-in showers, and a separate restroom. Beds: 1 double bed (140 x 190), 2 bunk beds (90 x 200), and 1 stackable low bed (80 x 200)

* Cribs and high chairs can be provided (sheets and blankets for baby beds not provided)
