No parties ( or loud music / fireworks ).

Owners have a friendly dog ( in a fenced garden) and 2 friendly cats ( who are free to roam the gardens) Clients are advised to keep their doors closed if they do not wish to be visited by the cats …
Pool is alarmed but no gate/ fence, large glass internal and external doors ( therefore may not be suitable for young children) and consequently we ask that children are supervised at all times…
Pool is shared with our second Gîte located next door and Discreet owners live on site. House rules are located in the gite and form part of your contract. Breaking house rules (& if an extra person or pet is discovered )will result in your contract being terminated without a refund and a 300€ per day fee plus 500€ deduction from your damages deposit…children must be supervised at all times. Parking available for up to 3 cars.
