Premium apartment for 4 people, completely renovated, with 1 bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. It has 2 televisions, in the living room and bedroom. Bathroom with large shower tray and rain effect. The apartment is located in one of the most emblematic squares of Malaga, Plaza de las Flores, where there are a multitude of restaurants, as well as activities on the importants dates in Malaga.

Just 20 meters away is Calle Larios, the main street of the city, in an environment of museums, shops, cafes and an endless of activities.

The balcony-type terrace that the apartment has allows you to enjoy the city, from this apartment. Dining or having your favorite drink with whoever you want is a luxury from this balcony.

The apartment is facing south, so it has a large number of hours of sunshine. The bathroom also has a window to the outside, which makes this premium place a pleasure to enjoy Malaga.The apartment has two single beds, but together. two closets and a magnificent dressing place, with perimeter lights.

The apartment was ok. The location was perfect. A few metres away from Calle Larios. The balcony was small but adequate. The staff at Del Parque flats were exceptional. The only negative was that the water supply was switched off 4 out of the 7 nights of our stay. It was off all night.

In Málaga, due to the drought we've experienced in recent months, water pressure has been reduced and restrictions have been implemented, especially at night, which is beyond our control. Lovely apartment.

Spent a lovely week in the Apartment de las Flores. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and very well appointed. It is very centrally located with many restaurants and cafes nearby. The A/C was very welcome as was the washing machine. The booking process was efficient and all correspondence was answered promptly. I would certainly rent this property again when I return to Malaga.

Beautiful but hard to get to

It's in the heart of Malaga's centro, with non-stop action. But taxis cant get closer than a few hundred yards. I had 180 pounds of luggage for another part of my trip (equipping an orphanage school in Uganda). It nearly killed me getting it to the unit. Twcab drivers drove off in disgust

Indeed, the location of the apartment in the heart of the city of Malaga, is very well valued by our guests. It is a pedestrian square. The city council has restricted vehicle access to the city centre to make it more comfortable for people, as all big cities do. But the taxi can drop you off within 5 minutes walking distance. Kaution nicht zurückgezahlt

Die Kaution in Höhe von 150 wurde trotz zweimaliger Erinnerung (WhatsApp und E-Mail) nicht zurück überwiesen. Die Ferienwohnung wurde in ordnungsgemäßem und sauberem Zustand verlassen. Auf die Erinnerungen hin kamen keine Antworten.

Kleine Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt

Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Fotos. Lage ist super zentral, fußläufig zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier falsch. Die Wohnung liegt an einem Platz mit einigen Restaurants, die bis nachts gut besucht sind. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Perfect place to stay in Malaga

The apartment is located in the central historic district with access to shopping, dining and many of the local sites. The bed is very comfortable and the terrace is great for dining and just relaxing. The dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer make the apartment so convenient. Would stay here again.
