Amazing property - we had a fantastic stay as two families with 4 adults and 4 children aged 10 to 17. Plenty of outdoor space and 3 areas to eat or have coffee outside. The outdoor kitchen was great and we cooked and sat at the table by the pool in the evenings. The location is perfect to explore the region. Alberello in the evening is 10-15 min away and we also visited Locorotondo, Poligano, and a trip to Matera. All worth a visit but also enjoyed a few days just chilling at the pool in the Trullo. Will definitely come back and Minos was a fantastic host.

Holidays in Puglia

The villa is stunning & beautifully restored & furnished, the great swim pool and the outdoor are lovely. The location is great - secluded, but very close to Locorotondo and Alberobello and so much to visit nearby. Anna and Minos are very responsive and friendly hosts. Thanks again for everything - it was a perfect holiday!

We have had the most wonderful stay. Minos welcomed us and showed us around. Everywhere was so clean and there were so many thoughtful touches - delicious olive oil from their olive trees, soap and shower gel and cotton wool in every bathroom. A very generous amount of coffee. Bedrooms are spacious and beautifully furnished. The pool is big and cleaned very early every morning by Minos. The grounds are lovely with flowers and olive trees lit up at night. There is a robot mower that trundles quietly around keeping the grass looking good. There are so many lovely areas to sit outside. A large table under a sail for lunch and dinner near the pool, a little table at the front of the house for breakfast and comfortable chairs and tables at the side of the house for sunset drinks. We had a long weekend here with our adult children and we all fell in love with the place. It was so special. Trullo don Mino is in between Locorotondo and Alberobello. We also visited Martina Franca which was 30 minutes away and a lovely elegant city. Two supermarkets are nearby. It was the perfect place to stay.

Stunning interior set in a beautiful location

Beautiful Villa with a stunning interior, set in well manicured grounds in a great rural location. The Villa was vey clean and had great facilities. All bedrooms and bathrooms were large and spacious. The pool was the main attraction, fantastic size and well managed. We loved the exterior kitchen and bbq area. Plenty of seating for 8 guests in various locations within the complex. The owner was very helpful and friendly!!

Beautiful traditional Trulli home in heart of Puglia

This property was perfect for the 3 couples comprising our group. We each had a lovely bedroom with adjacent full baths on the ground floor. The 4th bedroom with half bath upstsirs was also great to have. The decor is elegant and there are comfortable gathering spaces inside and out. The kitchen is best for 1 or 2 people at a time. But there is an additional grilling and second stove top in the separate laundry building. The entire house is immaculately maintained and the landscaping is gorgeously. Minos our host lives 3 minutes away and was there each morning to keep the beautiful pool pristine. He was very prompt and helpful with all communications. I would give this property my highest recommendation.

A fantastic house with luxe features where nothing is missing!

We stayed for one week in September and had a fantastic time. Anna and his son were very helpful in answering queries in advance of our stay and in helping us to arrange activities. Anna's son was there to meet us upon arrival and departure, and extremely helpful with a few adhoc queries we had about the locality during our stay. The Trullo is a beautiful property in a unique place and the facilities are excellent, including a huge and very well-maintained pool and a BBQ. The kitchen is well-equipped and the big courtyard space offers both outdoor and covered areas very well furnished. We also really enjoyed the location, being a short drive away from a number of towns including Alberobello, Locorotondo and Martina Franca, all of which we enjoyed visiting both for the architecture / cultural aspects as well as the excellent restaurants. The trullo is also very close to the sea, which we really enjoyed. We stayed with two young children aged 6 and 3 and the additional facilities (play area) were a real added bonus that we used regularly throughout our stay. We will definitely be back.

This Trullo is stunning!

The pictures are absolutely genuine and actually the place is better than the pictures. The Trullo itself has been equipped to a high standard level. The pool and garden are maintained spotless and the property is properly cleaned. Trullo Don Mino was immaculate, beautifully restored and had everything we wanted. It's in a great location for visiting lots of the most interesting places in Apulia. The owners were on hand for any questions. We only wish that we'd booked for longer! The nearby town of Alberobello is a charming town and only few minutes by car. Plenty of choice of bars and restaurants and surprisingly cheap to eat out. We had dreadful weather during winter, but we still enjoyed the area very much. Theare are lots of small town to visit. We hired bikes and found the area comfortable with little places to visit for a coffee or beer. We plan a return visit during the summer. We really enjoyed our stay. The owner has done a wonderful job of restoring the building and the Trullo is well equipped. The accommodation was clean and well serviced with plenty of clean towels and linen. We have no hesitation in reccommending Trullo Don Mino and will return soon!

We adored the Trullo Don Mino so much! The home is absolutely immaculate and even more gorgeous than the photos capture. The four bedrooms were luxurious, spacious and comfortable with antique furniture and beautiful bathrooms. The living areas were plentiful, both inside and outside. We really enjoyed dinner by the pool and icecream on the chairs outside the living room. The pool is pristine and cleaned daily by Minos who came and went undetected in the early mornings each day. We loved the location. We were about a 9 minute drive to Alberobello in one direction and a 9 minute drive to Locorotondo in the other. We visited both little towns on multiple occasions, enjoying the quieter mornings and/or evenings when the tour groups had left for the day. Being so close afforded us that opportunity.Minos was a wonderful host, going above and beyond with recommendations, the delivery of new sheets when required and also meeting us at a mechanic and helping us have a small dent removed from our rental car. The cold drinks in the fridge and local treats on arrival were an unexpected but much appreciated bonus. We had the most magic time here at Trullo Don Mino and we would love to return sometime in the future.

Luxury trullo and fantastic owner!

We had a relaxing, wonderful time at this beautiful property. Anna and her son were thoughtful, helpful and responsive hosts. Their advice on restaurants and shops is very useful. They also helped arrange a boat rental through Seaward rentals in Monopoli- it was a busy time in Apulia and his help made that so much easier to arrange. We enjoyed all the amenities in the kitchen, loved playing in and lounging by the pool. Super-fast WiFi also in the many outdoor relaxation areas and in the pool area. Strategic and quite location between Alberobello and Locorotondo, access to shops and Valle d’Itria’s old towns the quick and easy as well. Don’t miss it if you come to Apulia . Thank you for a wonderful stay !!
